I would not recommend renting from this management company unless is it your last resort and you have nothing but time on your hands to wait for responses. I moved into one of the properties in Oct 2021. I signed a 9month lease so thankfully my nightmare is almost over as far as living here but I am sure I will have a nightmare haunting me for years to come. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. If you love cleaning raw sewage out of your bathtub multiple times this is the perfect place for you! Do you love checking into a hotel in the middle of the night because you can't stay in your apartment? I move every two years. It's a nomadic habit but I've lived in a lot of cool places. This is the by far the worst. Do not do it. This management company is what is wrong with slumlords. They will nickel and dime and charge illegal fees with no itemized receipts or ledger. This company breaks state tenants rights and laws. Doesn't return calls or followup with maintenance requests. It's been over 3 months waiting on a broken microwave and bathroom sink. Neither will be fixed before I leave this hell hole.

I have never lived in a building that cares less about their residents than Boutique/Wheelhouse apartments. Specifically the property managers Zach Miller and Ayreonnah Redin. These are two of the most incompetent people I have worked with in all the places I've rented over the last decade. RUN from this company. No responses, multiple code and safety violations in the building, multiple BUILDING break-ins they do not care about (it's in the lease - not their problem, literally word for word). They purchased my apartments and I have had more issues with safety and communication in the three months since they took over than I have in almost 4 years of living under the previous ownership. Preface- my bldg management was excellent prior!- My building was taken over by Boutique apartments 10/28/21. I have had numerous calls and online maintenance requests regarding plumbing issues. Ive had a couple temporary fixes and I've also I've been told twice that "there was nothing we can do, sorry". I've been left with no toilet or any other solutions for MULTIPLE times exceeding 12-24+ hours. I've never heard back from management or a maintenance manager. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I lived at Tennyson 44 and it was by far the worst apartment and property management I have ever experienced. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I could write a novel about how terrible this place is but I will quickly summarize. Where do I begin? My entire experience at The Clarkson was a nightmare. If you want to live in a glorified dorm, this is your place. The walls here are insanely thin and noise from my inconsiderate neighbors affected my sleep daily. Maintenance doesn't fix things correctly the first time, so you'll keep putting maintenance requests in until you give up and just live with the problem until you move out.
