Management is awful, especially Michelle. They never answer the phone and could care less about your safety and well being. Apartments flood and cars broken into. They are also prejudice from what I've witnessed. Def 0 stars.

I live at x at Sloans, on of boutique apartments properties. For a year we have been asking management to secure the building as the fob is a false sense of security. We have found the grill behind our apartment on and unattended with grill stones removed presumably for drug use by our not so friendly neighbors. After half a dozen eMails confirming I would be there. I set up an appointment at the Bentley house near downtown Denver and no one even showed-up. They didn't even have the courtesy to call or apologize. This company is a waste of time, Don't bother with them.

just sharing my experience here so I hopefully save someone the mistake I made of moving here. first things first, roaches, everywhere. We had to purchase seal proof containers for every single food item we had in our cabinets, they were on the counters, in the sinks, shower, laundry room is covered. I would not recommend renting from this management company unless is it your last resort and you have nothing but time on your hands to wait for responses. I moved into one of the properties in Oct 2021. I signed a 9month lease so thankfully my nightmare is almost over as far as living here but I am sure I will have a nightmare haunting me for years to come. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. If you love cleaning raw sewage out of your bathtub multiple times this is the perfect place for you! Do you love checking into a hotel in the middle of the night because you can't stay in your apartment? I move every two years. It's a nomadic habit but I've lived in a lot of cool places. This is the by far the worst. Do not do it. This management company is what is wrong with slumlords. They will nickel and dime and charge illegal fees with no itemized receipts or ledger. This company breaks state tenants rights and laws. Doesn't return calls or followup with maintenance requests. It's been over 3 months waiting on a broken microwave and bathroom sink. Neither will be fixed before I leave this hell hole.

I have never lived in a building that cares less about their residents than Boutique/Wheelhouse apartments. Specifically the property managers Zach Miller and Ayreonnah Redin. These are two of the most incompetent people I have worked with in all the places I've rented over the last decade. RUN from this company. No responses, multiple code and safety violations in the building, multiple BUILDING break-ins they do not care about (it's in the lease - not their problem, literally word for word). They purchased my apartments and I have had more issues with safety and communication in the three months since they took over than I have in almost 4 years of living under the previous ownership.
