Trash they took $270 from me. They don't respond until the end of the day and wont provide a tour for an apartment.
I've gotten to THE point where I feel indifferent about living here. And I certainly will not be resigning with them. I was the second tenant to move in. The units were built quickly so the materials used are cheap- from walls to counters, etc. My door wouldn't lock when I first moved in, we got the wrong mailbox keys and management neglected our repeated concerns about changing the keys, not to mention the packages situation is a nightmare.. and so much more. If I could give 0 stars I would. Lived in an apartment where maintenance issues were constant and never fully fixed. The ceiling collapsed in our bathroom and they left a mess, used our trash can for dirty water, and slapped a bandaid on it. The drain never drained and we had to stand in dirty water while showering for a year. Endless leaking problems. I would stay far far away from these guys. My girlfriend and I had an apartment at Turntable studios for over a year next to the Broncos stadium. The manager was a complete and total moron and could care less about the place. Her employees parked in our paid parking spot multiple times and she did nothing about it. The parking there is bad enough. Management is awful, especially Michelle. They never answer the phone and could care less about your safety and well being. Apartments flood and cars broken into. They are also prejudice from what I've witnessed. Def 0 stars.

I live at x at Sloans, on of boutique apartments properties. For a year we have been asking management to secure the building as the fob is a false sense of security. We have found the grill behind our apartment on and unattended with grill stones removed presumably for drug use by our not so friendly neighbors. After half a dozen eMails confirming I would be there. I set up an appointment at the Bentley house near downtown Denver and no one even showed-up. They didn't even have the courtesy to call or apologize. This company is a waste of time, Don't bother with them.

just sharing my experience here so I hopefully save someone the mistake I made of moving here. first things first, roaches, everywhere. We had to purchase seal proof containers for every single food item we had in our cabinets, they were on the counters, in the sinks, shower, laundry room is covered. I would not recommend renting from this management company unless is it your last resort and you have nothing but time on your hands to wait for responses. I moved into one of the properties in Oct 2021. I signed a 9month lease so thankfully my nightmare is almost over as far as living here but I am sure I will have a nightmare haunting me for years to come.
