I'm editing my review because we did receive our security deposit, five months after moving out, but it was an ordeal to get it. Hard to get anyone on the phone. Were told multiple times it was being mailed but that was a lie until I apparently asked enough to get to the right person. Sad that the rental market in Denver is this bad.

My time living at the Dolphin Apartments did NOT bring harmony into my world. My roommate and I had relentless maintenance issues and unpleasant interactions with Boutique admin. From heating issues, to attempted break-ins left unresolved, to straight-up health hazards, we had a turbulent experience. I lived in this apartment for two years and would not recommend it. Management has very high turnover and is extremely unresponsive/unhelpful. Maintenance is the only part of the company that consistently follows through, but even then, many issues were never properly resolved. The air conditioning never worked reliably, and the washers and dryers were constantly out of order for long periods of time. THREATENED WITH EVICTION FOR BOUTIQUE/WHEELHOUSE'S LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY: I am usually not one to leave reviews for anything, but this is, without hyperbole, the worst business I have ever had to interact with. This is the absolute worst property management company I've ever had to deal with. I have called them over 30 times and they have answered the phone twice. And told me they would get back to me regarding my resident portal that I can't sign into, because they switched to a new portal system with light giving me the registration code I need. Never heard back from them once. I've called and called and called and no one will answer the phone. I've never had to try so hard to pay someone the money I owe. 2 years since I moved and my God- They have not changed. I feel so awful for those who are living aka barely hanging on. How long are Boutique and Wheelhouse going to be allowed to get away with this? Something needs to be done. Please READ ALL REVIEWS. I would highly recommend avoiding this property, for a variety of reasons! I read through the reviews and it appears they're trying to pump up their scores through people who toured, or a food truck operator (lol). I lived here a year, my sister also lived here a year, and can actually speak to living here which many of the reviewers clearly did not.
