2 years since I moved and my God- They have not changed. I feel so awful for those who are living aka barely hanging on. How long are Boutique and Wheelhouse going to be allowed to get away with this? Something needs to be done. Please READ ALL REVIEWS. I would highly recommend avoiding this property, for a variety of reasons! I read through the reviews and it appears they're trying to pump up their scores through people who toured, or a food truck operator (lol). I lived here a year, my sister also lived here a year, and can actually speak to living here which many of the reviewers clearly did not. PLEASE READ DO NO MOVE HERE: This very well might be the worst property management group I've had to deal with. Impossible to get in touch with over the phone or email as it relates to your actual property, and don't even mention when it comes to getting your security deposit after the fact. I thought the only way to get to them was by going to their actual office location. I lived in the house-Art studios At Denver for a year and they did not give me my deposit back. I will complain.dont trust to this apartment
This company is by far the worse company to deal with. The people are absolutely rude, disorganized and never return calls. After 2 months of trying to get someone to call us back or return a text we finally had to actually go down there and wait to talk to someone. I would never rent/work with this company again!!!!!! Danielle and Wendy were horrible.

Boutique apartments just took over a townhouse property that we have lived in for almost 4 years. They gave no advanced notice of the transition and I received a notice the day that they took the property over. I reached out to the property manager to inquire about new policies and what we would be looking at for rental increases (we are not currently in a lease).
