I moved into Avenue 8 at Mayfair apartments this August. I was moving from Georgia and was looking for apartments within the Denver limits. Finding a pet friendly apartment was important and Avenue 8 knows how to create the most heartwarming pet friendly environment around. Turntable Studios is my second Boutique rental. They all are in great locations! What stands out at Turntable is the on-site management and maintenance. Catherine and Kimberly will take great care of you. Mic responds quickly to any maintenance request and is always willing to give a helping hand! We have everything from on site laundry to ping pong, pool table, fooseball, a gym and a beautiful swimming pool with grills! The fenced in dog area sold me. So, I've noticed that every rental company has terrible ratings. I'm not sure what people expect when renting; not everything is going to be great, it is renting after all. If you want everything to be under your control, buy a house. Anyway, when I first moved to Denver, I lived in Red Fort. It was a Boutique property. I loved it. The property was actually purchased by Laramar Properties while I was still living there, and I didn't have many complaints with them either. I moved into Turntable Studios a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it! It is a great building. The office staff, the maintenance guys, groundskeeper, and even the cleaning crew is extremely nice and welcoming! Everyone is always cheerful and always says hi when you walk by. The residents that I've met are awesome too, I even found a pet sitter in the building so I don't have to worry anymore when I leave town. It really is a great mix of people. I love Boutique Apartments! The application / approval process took a few weeks because I applied for an income-restricted property (awesome that they offer these!) but working with Justine was a breeze! She was great at communicating and keeping me up to speed on the process, she was super friendly and professional. Everyone that worked at the office was very welcoming, genuinely happy to work there, and they made me feel important. We've lived at Cruise for about a month and we love it. The staff made applying and signing the lease a breeze. It was the smoothest move-in I've ever experienced. The rent is a good deal and we love our two bedroom. We are on the fourth floor, and so, that might make a big difference. We're not sure what it would be like in a studio or one bedroom on a different floor. Nevertheless, we've found the building to be incredibly quiet and very comfortable. I'm a nurse recently relocated from the Washington DC area and Boutique Apartments could not have been more helpful in my transition! With only a few days to find an apartment the wonderful staff was efficient, patient, and professional. I was able to submit all of my applications online and communicate with the property manager with very little effort. Contrary to a couple of the reviews here, I've not had any issues with the Boutique Apartments team thus far, in fact, they've gone out of their way to help me out when an issue has come up. The leasing and office staff has all been fantastic and extremely helpful, and all of the maintenance personnel have been professional and courteous. While others may have had issues, I have nothing but praise for the team.
