I can't speak to all of Boutique Apartments management, however, I can speak to my experience at one of their properties, Avenue 8 at Mayfair. I have been a resident at Ave 8 since November 2015 and have been very impressed with property management. I have lived at a Boutique Apartments property, Avenue 8 for over a year now. Overall my experience with the management has been wonderful. Jess, the leasing agent is always quick to respond to any questions or needs I may have and always has a great attitude. She is very involved with community events and helping to create that sense of community while the residents introduced to one another. I am a current resident of Turntable Studios managed by Boutique Apartments. Living at 1975 Mile High Stadium Circle has been nothing but a pleasure. Catherine, Kim, and Mic have been so friendly and helpful since move-in day. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and totally functional upon move-in. Cat and Kim are always willing to sign for secure or fragile packages, place them in my apartment, or hold them for safe keeping. My wife and I have been living here for almost a year. This place is a tiny, quaint location to experience Denver and live in a reasonably priced apartment considering the market for this city. Not to mention the iconic building and the deeply rooted history it has brought to the Mile High City. I moved into Avenue 8 at Mayfair apartments this August. I was moving from Georgia and was looking for apartments within the Denver limits. Finding a pet friendly apartment was important and Avenue 8 knows how to create the most heartwarming pet friendly environment around. When I first arrived I was greeted by Jess, she immediately welcomed me with a smile and a whole packet that was very informative. Turntable Studios is my second Boutique rental. They all are in great locations! What stands out at Turntable is the on-site management and maintenance. Catherine and Kimberly will take great care of you. Mic responds quickly to any maintenance request and is always willing to give a helping hand! We have everything from on site laundry to ping pong, pool table, fooseball, a gym and a beautiful swimming pool with grills! The fenced in dog area sold me. So, I've noticed that every rental company has terrible ratings. I'm not sure what people expect when renting; not everything is going to be great, it is renting after all. If you want everything to be under your control, buy a house. Anyway, when I first moved to Denver, I lived in Red Fort. It was a Boutique property. I loved it. The property was actually purchased by Laramar Properties while I was still living there, and I didn't have many complaints with them either. I moved into Turntable Studios a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it! It is a great building. The office staff, the maintenance guys, groundskeeper, and even the cleaning crew is extremely nice and welcoming! Everyone is always cheerful and always says hi when you walk by. The residents that I've met are awesome too, I even found a pet sitter in the building so I don't have to worry anymore when I leave town. It really is a great mix of people.
