I live in the Buerger Bros building in Downtown Denver which is managed by Boutique Apartments. We have a leasing office on the ground floor of our building with two BA staffers: Sara & Chloe. I lived at Boutique Apartments - Turntable Studios, next to the Broncos stadium. It's a great setting, the studio was very clean and comfortable, the maintenance and staff very professional, friendly and responsive. My window faced the Denver skyline so it was pretty ideal for me. Pet-friendly with usually good tenants besides the douchebag below me who had his subwoofers on relentlessly. My experience with Boutique Apartments has been great! I recently moved into their Avenue 8 apartments and I cannot say enough great things. To start, Jess and Jenny in the leasing office have been outstanding. They both are so helpful and caring, to not just my roommate and me but our pups as well. We've been residents at Avenue 8 at Mayfair since Feb 2016, so my review is based on that experience; in short, we love it there! It's the best of the 4 places I've lived in Denver by far, and certainly the best onsite management staff! Throw in the dog-centric community attributes, and we couldn't be happier in our first year at Avenue 8. I can't speak to all of Boutique Apartments management, however, I can speak to my experience at one of their properties, Avenue 8 at Mayfair. I have been a resident at Ave 8 since November 2015 and have been very impressed with property management. Since Avenue 8 was a newer building when I moved in (in fact my original unit was brand new) Andrew Hart from property management was regularly in the leasing office. I have lived at a Boutique Apartments property, Avenue 8 for over a year now. Overall my experience with the management has been wonderful. Jess, the leasing agent is always quick to respond to any questions or needs I may have and always has a great attitude. She is very involved with community events and helping to create that sense of community while the residents introduced to one another. I am a current resident of Turntable Studios managed by Boutique Apartments. Living at 1975 Mile High Stadium Circle has been nothing but a pleasure. Catherine, Kim, and Mic have been so friendly and helpful since move-in day. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and totally functional upon move-in. My wife and I have been living here for almost a year. This place is a tiny, quaint location to experience Denver and live in a reasonably priced apartment considering the market for this city. Not to mention the iconic building and the deeply rooted history it has brought to the Mile High City. Cat and Kim at Turntable Studios have made my living experience here so enjoyable. They are so friendly and helpful. Great place to live... especially if you're looking for a younger crowd.
