I've lived at Turntable studios way longer than I would have expected. I thought the micro studio would be temporary. But I've loved it. And really enjoy everything about the property. My neighbors are friendly. The office staff is great. Location can't be beat. Atmosphere of football games (when they happen) is a true experience. And best of all ... Mic, the maintenance guy. One of my favorite humans who loves to wish me a happy Friday every Friday!
The 5 star rating is ONLY for Craig and Nick, not Boutique Apartments (2/5). Craig and Nick arrived the next morning promptly and skillfully resolved all of the five maintenance issues we requested help for. Shoutout to both professionals for their great aptitude and cool attitudes.

Turntable studios has the wonderful privilege of having Mic as our head of maintenance. He is always super friendly and will go out of his way to say hello and ask how your day is going, but also quick to fix any problems we might have. 10/10 appreciate Mic :)

This was the best move in experience I've had in Denver. Hannah was so responsive/helpful/professional from the start and has been through out the whole time. The building is unbelievable nice, Hannah threw in a month of free rent, and has accommodated basically any request we've had. I would definitely recommend Boutique Apartments. They have their act together.

I just moved into turntable studios two days ago and it is everything I dreamed it would be. I made a drastic lifestyle change, going from a crappy two bedroom apartment to this beautiful studio and let me tell you, it was the best decision ever. I have the most beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning and the city lights at night. My convection oven is super cool although I'm still learning how to use it (Mike is the maintenance guy and he's the guy to go to with any questions, even about how to use the convection oven!... read more

I lived at the 1020 Lincoln location for one year. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Boutique Apartments and have only positive reviews about their management and customer service staff. Anytime I have called or emailed, I've received a prompt response, and they almost always have an answer to my questions or concerns. They are really kind and professional people.
