On January 1/17/2018 Andrew Van Winkle came to my home to service my furnace and air condition unit. Andrew was knowledgable, efficient, personable, and provided the kind of service I have come to expect from Brennan. I appreciate their reminder calls each year and the quality of service I receive to keep these critical systems running at their optimum level. I have a manufactured home with code restrictions as to available options. As a member of Costco, I requested an estimate for a heating and cooling update. Brennan sent a wonderful person to my house for an evaluation and estimate. Although the evaluation did not work to their advantage, I was provided with very affordable options and information which helps me but doesn't help them to sell me something I can't use or afford. This is a very good company with a great reputation. The technician arrived in a timely manner and was courteous and professional. I will continue to use this company in the future.
Our Company does 15-20 renovations a year in the greater Puget Sound area. The ONLY company we use for our HVAC is Brennan: 1) Integrity - they often will recommend a lower cost system if they feel it's better solution. 2) Price - consistently matched with, or under competitors bids. 3) Skills - From techs, to salespeople, to office admins - these people know what they are doing. Need a quote? Call and ask for Paul. Again - these guys are the best.
We are extremely pleased with making to decision to call Brennan after talking with Dave at the Tacoma Costco store. Greg was was very personable and informative in letting us know our options. We would recommend the Costco vendor every time.
We just had a new furnace and air-conditioning system installed. The team utilized a tremendous amount of ingenuity and creative problem-solving and created a work of art! I was very impressed with the expertise of each and every member of the team. We are very pleased.
After a call for HVAC repair, their rep charged me $250 only to tell me my A/C needed replacement. Furthermore, they could not replace my Lennox unit with a new Lennox unit!! The broken A/C was installed by Brennan 15 years ago. Subsequently, two other HVAC companies provided Brennan's rep wrong. Both were able to install a new Lennox model. What kind of company rep would be so lazy as to not look more closely for a replacement unit. Never again, B rennan.

The young fella couldn't fix the furnace problem. The salesman tried to sell me another furnace. I called another company that fixed the issue. Do not trust these low life's that only want to rip you off!!!

Three Strikes, Brennan is OUT I highly recommend that you avoid any dealings with Brennan Heating & Cooling if at all possible. Here is my sad story: In September of 2021 Brennan installed a Lennox mini-split in an ADU on our property that a family member is currently living in. This was a Costco deal so I was enticed by $700 off. You'll see the Brennan sales people every time you leave Costco (at least in Silverdale).
