This place was awesome in 2019. Now they have another dentist and it’s been some if the worst experiences I have ever had. I wish I could say good things but I jus can’t. This new dentist I believe his name is Dr. Machado is very aggressive and it feels like he is always in a hurry to finish fast. Now I can’t enjoy eating. I will have to find myself a new place.
Scam artists all of them, i will write up a full review of their mistreatment of me and post on all social media platforms that i can to make sure people i know and people that they know never use this dental office. They are nice when you come in but when the bills comes in that they swore up and down that insurance was going to cover they will then turn rude, they will ignore your calls, never return your calls, and flat out be rude to you on the phone. We arrived on time and still had to wait up to three hours just for a deep cleaning. I felt that since my son didn’t get all the procedures done that they recommended, they treated us differently. The wait is horrible and the front desk was unprofessional….
After waiting with tooth pain for two months they called me two days before my appointment to tell me they’re canceling it and are no longer excepting new patients totally unprofessional and whatever oath they took when becoming a doctor obviously means nothing to them
not enough doctors took me 30 minutes after my appointment Doctor never introduced himself the first time he came in and then he had all kinds of excuses why he didn't want to proceed with extracting the tooth
When I had questions why my dental plan did not pay for my upper partials. I found the staff to be rude. I went in April 1 and they took molds of my mouth. I was told to come back a month later. I was under the impression that I would have teeth in June. So I paid the $400 my insurance didn’t pay. Mind you I already paid $405 in April for my partials. Terrible not recommended. This is a mockery for a dentist office, they refused my 12 year old son because he was afraid. Their opinion of pulling 7 teeth was not good. I took my son to a 2nd opinion a respected high end dentist and this is what he said, "One of the worst places in the desert, don't take your son there." This is why at Bright Now Dental the prima donna Dentist know it all refused to work on my son when I had coverage to go here from the start. Even after setting up an appointment they take 30 mins to call you in. Also I have scheduled my child to have braces removed and they recommended another month. came in for the appointment and now say they are understaffed and have to schedule another appointment. Unprofessional!
Just think not treated as a patient just treated as a revenue generator. Only thing interested in generating revenue.
