Staff was friendly but I’m EXTREMELY displeased. I was lied to about the price I would be paying and was given services I was never even talked to about and was just GIVEN and had to pay for. I took my 1 year old (who has TWO teeth) and my 3 year old in. My 1 year old isn’t on our insurance and I was told it would only be $39 for the exam. I get a call saying I owe them $162! I have a condition where I have bone spurs in my gum line and the roof of my mouth has a large inverted palate. When X-ray were taken I was asked to bite down on metal plates doing so was causing the metal plates to be embedded into these areas. The process took me biting down several times. I told the staff that was taking the X-rays. She just keep rushing and said I know but I need to get the X-ray. I recently had a procedure done at this location. Something felt wrong as far as the work that had been done three days after. I called to see if anyone could examine me. I explained that I felt sharp pain and sensitivity in the area. I was told that there was no one at the office to see me and I would have to schedule an appointment 8 days later. Totally unacceptable. I can not believe no one in the office could just take the time to see what my issue was. Very sad situation.

I confirmed my appointment, I left my work early leaving an interview that I had to do just not to miss my appointment. I arrived at the clinic, I signed up, I went to the car to wait my turn, they called me and I went in to be told that my product did not arrive from the laboratory. COULDN'T THEY HAVE IT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT?
My facial filling had fell out so I emailed the office and set up an online appointment but didn't receive a response. I then called to schedule. They didn't have any availability until the week after. The day of my scheduled appointment I came into the office on time. They told me I needed to complete paperwork, then I waited 45 minutes before I decided to ask the office staff when I could expect to be seen. My husband and I had a new patient scheduled appointment. Time was 0900 and at 0920 our insurance cards were not run even though I brought the appropriate paperwork to the office. Very unprofessional and disorganized staff! We left!
