I was very disappointed I went for a teeth cleaning I asked her to clean my dentures she rushed me out to take care of her next patient she then told me she would come back and do them she of clean them while she was doing my X-ray and cleaning my teeth then I heard having conversations with the other patient they were laughing while I was sitting there so I left never going back
2 days before having all my teeth pulled the office manager calls and cancels my surgery and no longer their patient!😡😡
7 weeks ago I went to Bright Now Dental in Parma Hgts, OH my gums were shrinking. We made a plan to have all my top teeth pulled and all but 6 on the bottom for 5/21. Two weeks later I called crying in so much pain and the office manager said to me “we’re not going to support your habit for 4 more weeks” I’m in so much pain I got angry with her. I have been trying to cancel an appointment for the last two days. I've called during office hours and each time I get voicemail. I finally left a voicemail that I needed to cancel. Then the day after I get a text message at 5:02 that I need to call in to cancel or I will be subject to service charge. I called them back again and they are closed at 5. If I call again tomorrow and I don't get somebody on the line to cancel this appointment and I end up being charged I'm going to be very upset. Because nobody answers the phone... read more

Don’t use any of these places
im very dissatisfied with it service.My son has been in braces for more than two yrs and they didn't do what they supposed to do....there is not communication. I pay for braces to closed a gap.thats was the plan when his Dr pull a tooth out. He recommended the braces to closed the gap because according to him the tooh never will grow. Now after two yrs they say they was trying to open the gap more for implant...when i never ever talk to any body about implants. i lost my money for nothing....now the doctor say a different Dr... read more
