DO NOT COME HERE! These people are nothing but scam artists. I went in for a routine checkup and cleaning. I was promptly rushed through my appointment, with them trying to frighten, scare and coerce me into $6,000 worth of work, which I refused. Despite me saying that I did not want to do that work, which was not necessary, they tried to trick me into signing the dotted line for that $6,000 worth of work. Worst ever. Kicking a cleaning bill around for more than 6 months, I was told that they were having a hard time submitting my claim to the insurance company. I made multiple calls to the insurance and to the dental office, got them all of the information and was told “okay, we got this, disregard any bills “. Yesterday I was called by a collection agency. I called the dental office again and the office manager could not have cared less. I immediately switched back to my previous dentist.

Just wanted to let everyone know that my son was seen a few weeks ago for a broken tooth- he was sent home with antibiotics & a follow up at the end of April to have the tooth removed- he has called the office multiple times to explain the pain he is in & to see if there’s any chance of being seen sooner & his request was dismissed & he was treated poorly- as of today he is now a patient at Aultman hospital because of an infected abscess that has caused a blood infection & is in a minor surgery now for the same tooth! After waiting past both my kids appointment times, the front staff asked which kid I wanted seen more “because they were really busy” then the dentist didn’t even attempt to look at the kid I chose her before writing a referral to a children’s dentist. Biggest waste of 1.5 hours on my day off. Only office so far we have ever had an issue with and will not be coming back.

Create hours for the orthodontist which doesn’t require taking a child out of school for every single appointment. We NEVER would have signed the contract if we had known this would occur. Covid is not an adequate excuse. Even if the goal was to limit the orthodontist to 6 hours in the building the hours could have alternated with early hours 2 weeks a month and later hours 2 weeks a month. There is a blonde office individual who discriminates against people with mental disabilities. As someone who suffers from severe anxiety I have found ways to cope with it such as understanding things properly. Doctor told me what the plan was and then some receptionist comes back and says sorry they won’t be helping, bye. Cancels your appointment last minute , and does not do anything about it, plenty of staff there to clean teeth, doesn’t switch you over and then says your next appointment will be in a couple months.
