I took my daughter here because the insurance at my work changed and where we usually go she wasn’t covered anymore, the office was dingy and the staff was unprofessional. The man assigned to clean her teeth made us extremely uncomfortable and when he opened the bag to take out the X-ray equipment that would go in her mouth he was gloveless! Disgusting. They keeps the worst records. They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to handle mistakes when brought to their attention. It was my worse mistake to go there, which will never happen again. Beware
The staff that I interacted with, including the dentist were not friendly or informative. I was asking questions and they seem annoyed and disrespectful. The only person I enjoyed meeting was the X-ray Tech, she was attentive, helpful and professional. I do not recommend Bright Now Dental for any type of service.
You wait forever to be seen! Even with an appointment.
Scheduled two appointments at 20th and Camelback and both times was told they could not find me in the computer! I finally gave up. Lost a day of work for nothing. Unorganized and they do not care. Find another place for treatment that is a bad sign.
Worst teeth cleaning ever ! No way you’re doing a thorough job in 16 minutes. Could not recommend this place to anyone !
Had 1:40 appointment today got there at 1:30 no one there contacted customer service they were useless office manager refused to respond very unprofessional
Even after emailing my whole story to them and waiting months, they only ignored me. You moved my appointment without bothering to tell me (and ignored my email about it). Then you made me confirm it twice, as if my confirming it the first time wasn't enough. Have you seen the Seinfeld episode about the car rental reservation? Because you similarly seem not to understand the fundamental purpose of booking appointments. I arrived at Bright Now at 9:45am for my 10am appointment. Unfortunately I wasn’t seen until around 11:15. I had my X-rays and they took me to a patient room. The lady told me that he was behind, so I then waited another 30 minutes in the room. He checked my teeth (which only took about five minutes) and then left the room. A very kind lady (one of the only ones who showed hospitality while I was there) took me to the insurance counter .
