I had a great initial experience. My husband however, did not. He works hard. Drove after a 12 hour shift to this office to get canceled on. We pay for our insurances and his appointment was canceled because he was not 15 minutes early. Texts and calls did not state to arrive 15 early. Awful service.
I'd like to thank your receptionist who utterly humiliated my wife at the beginning of my child's dental appt. We understand the covid guidelines and follow them as much as possble. Your receptionist rudely suggested "next time getting a babysitter" unknownly to her my wife had already tried. My wife explained the situation and it's nearly impossible to find a sitter for 2 out 3 kids. be more upfront about total cost of work needed to be done. and the dentist at south hill is not very comforting to those with major dental fears. and only uses local anesthesia. which really doesn't work well.
Absolutely awful!!! I went in for a cleaning and I got an X-ray, and that was it.
I had scheduled a cleaning and a few fillings after the initial consult. They cancelled my appts due to covid, which I absolutely understand. A bit later they got me scheduled and I got my fillings, but they told me to wait to schedule the cleaning, since it wasn't an emergency. Cue to now, when my filling came out, and I still need my cleaning. I called and told them exactly that, and they said they can't help me UNTIL END OF JANUARY. I took my daughter here because the insurance at my work changed and where we usually go she wasn’t covered anymore, the office was dingy and the staff was unprofessional. The man assigned to clean her teeth made us extremely uncomfortable and when he opened the bag to take out the X-ray equipment that would go in her mouth he was gloveless! Disgusting. They keeps the worst records. They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to handle mistakes when brought to their attention. It was my worse mistake to go there, which will never happen again. Beware
The staff that I interacted with, including the dentist were not friendly or informative. I was asking questions and they seem annoyed and disrespectful. The only person I enjoyed meeting was the X-ray Tech, she was attentive, helpful and professional. I do not recommend Bright Now Dental for any type of service.
