You wait forever to be seen! Even with an appointment.
Scheduled two appointments at 20th and Camelback and both times was told they could not find me in the computer! I finally gave up. Lost a day of work for nothing. Unorganized and they do not care. Find another place for treatment that is a bad sign.
Worst teeth cleaning ever ! No way you’re doing a thorough job in 16 minutes. Could not recommend this place to anyone !
Had 1:40 appointment today got there at 1:30 no one there contacted customer service they were useless office manager refused to respond very unprofessional
Even after emailing my whole story to them and waiting months, they only ignored me. You moved my appointment without bothering to tell me (and ignored my email about it). Then you made me confirm it twice, as if my confirming it the first time wasn't enough. Have you seen the Seinfeld episode about the car rental reservation? I arrived at Bright Now at 9:45am for my 10am appointment. Unfortunately I wasn’t seen until around 11:15. I had my X-rays and they took me to a patient room. The lady told me that he was behind, so I then waited another 30 minutes in the room. He checked my teeth (which only took about five minutes) and then left the room. A very kind lady (one of the only ones who showed hospitality while I was there) took me to the insurance counter . This Bright Now Dental(SPECIFICALLY the MIAMISBURG, OH location 36 Fiesta Lane to be exact) has to be one of the worst places! STAY AWAY from this location. The only reason why my wife goes here because my insurance forces me to go here. The staff is so rude, I have had so many problems with them through the last 8 months, they obviously don’t care at all or else they would change. They are basically a high-volume dentist office. Stop over booking.... Notify customers before the drive of cancellations. (45 miles away). We've had multiple cancellations from them, at least this time they called.
I feel my appt was a waste of time. The doctor talked to me with his back turned to me and was not considerate of my thoughts! Rude as hell.
