The staff was fantastic, courteous and polite. What I didn't like was trying to be talked into a $1200.00 "deep cleaning" that is not covered by insurance and can't afford.

Get a new head dentist. I had some partials made. The first time they didn't fit and I had to wait a few months for the corrected ones to be ready. when they finally came in they still didn't fit but the lady dentist tried to force them into fitting. Finally after seeing how much she was hurting me pretty much said do it yourself. They also have a shady lady doing all the billing. Watch her. The worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. Avoid these folks at all cost.

They do not disclose all the dental services for hygiene visits. Then they give you a bill that has service listed that you didn’t authorize and then have to pay when it shows up on your bill. The office is clean, the wait time is ridiculous and not in a good way. The staff is nice but no one wears name tags, you never know who is performing dental services. The doctor doesn’t even wear a name tag!

My family dentist gave them to me as my recommendation after affirming that they would put me out with an IV drip, however, they did not use an IV, moreover they forgot to sedate me until 2 min before they began the operation to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth, one of which had a cyst. The short of the matter is, they told me they would fully put me out and didn’t, furthermore they failed to put me somewhat out in sufficient time before operating and it lead to me experiencing the removal of the first 2 teeth without the ful... read more

The dentist and assistant/nurse argued during my whole examination. The dentist would dictate what work was needed but the nurse had to keep questioning everything because the dentist kept contradicting herself and confusing her assistant. Also, I waited at least 40 minutes just to receive a very unaffordable quote for the work I needed and although my insurance covered a cleaning along with the exam, I was never given one. 1pm appointment for my 5 year old. we waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes with some crazy court room show blaring on the tv. It felt like a dirty version of the DMV. When we finally got in to our apt. they tried 3 times to get us to take xrays after I told them we are just here for a cleaning. The dentist came in and glanced at his teeth then handed him off to an ancient Filipino woman who was not at all gentle. We left and my son actually threw up on the way home. This place was horrible

After waiting nearly 4 weeks for my 1st appointment, I received a voice message the day before the appointment stating that my appointment had been canceled. Of course finding a new dentist will involve another 4 week wait (at best) before I can actually be seen. Quite disappointed.

Today March 5th 2021 was my scheduled appointment! Horrible staff! Horrible service! Very very rude assistant. I don’t recommend this place I wasn’t welcoming from the staff and the assistant doesn’t even deserve serving patients. I felt discriminated!

Worst experience. The receptionist called in the morning to remind me to arrive 15 minutes early but when I did, was told they were running late. The front desk receptionist seemed very annoyed and initially wouldn’t say how long. I asked 20 mins or an hour or so? She said 20 mins.
