I was there four times with my kids, and each time took over two hours. The staff apologized each time, but had the same excuse each time, that there were appointments that took long in the morning so it affected the schedule, and that they only had one dentist there. My daughter had cavities and the dentist never came out and spoke to me, I had to ask for information. This was my 3rd visit and I was very disappointed with the manner in which I was treated. I was told at my last visit 6 mos ago) I had to pay $35 up front for something my insurance would not cover. I complied. When I received my EIB, all services were paid in full. Bright Now never refunded my money. When I showed up yesterday I expected a credit on my account. There was none. I only have 25 characters, so let me get to the point. Today staff named Norma was not wearing a mask. When I politely asked if she could wear one, she coughed pretend to sneeze all over the place. Other staff seemed to laugh along and not have a concern about her actions. I don't feel comfortable with the lack professionalism and compassion Norma and the rest of the staff demonstrated. I have contacted the corporate office for resolve.

Very terrible , I never had fear going to a dentist before I went here , they didn’t even swab me with a numbing agent before they injected the lidocaine in my gums , I felt everything , had to stop in the middle of the procedure because it hurt so bad and I swore when it was happening and the dentist told me if I swear again I had to leave . From the moment I walked into Bright Now Dental they treated me with such kindness and respect.
