Was wanting a cleaning, instead I was told I needed a lot of work done but we can’t get you in for a cleaning for 2 months. It’s know wonder I need deep cleaning done because I can’t seem to be able to get my teeth cleaned. Would have been nice to know that before I went to the appointment. I wasted my time.
Appointment was at 9am, didn’t get called back for an hour later after asking how far behind they were and was told they weren’t behind at all, then they immediately take us back into a room then nothing for another 40 minutes didn’t see any doctor or assistant nothing, for almost 2 hours. horrible
Some of the staff are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Guess they will hire anyone!
Dentists are morons that misdiagnosed my husband twice. The front desk staff are very unfriendly. They don’t care if you are in SO much pain. They book you out weeks later and not provide you with any solutions other than good luck. That’s the best we can do. Horrible
They got me in quick and were polite, but I left in more pain than when I arrived. I was happy at first before my procedure because I thought that I finally found a place to finish up everything I needed done, but no way will I come back and drop anymore money when they basically said you should be good and call us in 2 days if you're still in pain. I have have been there enough to know that I want go back.new set of teeth ,bottom is very miserable, only eat soft foods.dentist told me to use glue to hold them in.but that doesn’t help when food gets under them or you eat a candy bar even.
DO NOT COME HERE! These people are nothing but scam artists. I went in for a routine checkup and cleaning. I was promptly rushed through my appointment, with them trying to frighten, scare and coerce me into $6,000 worth of work, which I refused. Despite me saying that I did not want to do that work, which was not necessary, they tried to trick me into signing the dotted line for that $6,000 worth of work. Worst ever. Kicking a cleaning bill around for more than 6 months, I was told that they were having a hard time submitting my claim to the insurance company. I made multiple calls to the insurance and to the dental office, got them all of the information and was told “okay, we got this, disregard any bills “. Yesterday I was called by a collection agency. I called the dental office again and the office manager could not have cared less. I immediately switched back to my previous dentist.
Just wanted to let everyone know that my son was seen a few weeks ago for a broken tooth- he was sent home with antibiotics & a follow up at the end of April to have the tooth removed- he has called the office multiple times to explain the pain he is in & to see if there’s any chance of being seen sooner & his request was dismissed & he was treated poorly- as of today he is now a patient at Aultman hospital because of an infected abscess that has caused a blood infection & is in a minor surgery now for the same tooth!
