Beware Corporate Dentistry ! They always are trying to UP CHARGE you, even when you don't want it. I went in for my 6 month cleaning March 29th at 7:00 am. I was NOT on guard for add on charges. When Rochell presented me with a printout of today's charges I did not think anything about it. and just signed the agreement form. Rochelle then asked me if I wanted to pay before or after the cleaning. I paid beforehand and got a receipt and put it in my pocket. Did not feel as though they cared about me as a patient. Wasn’t able to get any cleaning done due to the hygienist calling out the last minute. Didn’t see the point of only going for x-rays.

I waited an hour. There was another costumer that was waiting and she left. Too long of a wait. What is the reason to make an appointment if you have to wait over an hour

Waited in the room for 3 hours for the doctor to see me. When she walked in she said she didn't even know I was in the room waiting. While waiting, I heard a dental assistant using profound language talking to a coworker. After 3 hours of waiting the doctor came back to tell me there was nothing she could do and I would have to come back next week to see someone else. Needless to say I wasted my time and money at Bright Now Dental! I would not even recommend this place to my least favorite person!

Staff was very polite. Service was very prompt. Unfortunately it seems they were just looking to make make a profit off me. I went in for teeth whitening and they gave me an estimate for $1836 in other stuff. Like replacing my old fillings which are fine. I highly doubt I need fillings replaced just to get teeth whitening. They did recommend a deep cleaning which I agree with, however not at $256 per quadrant ($1024), seriously?
We waited over an hour past our son's appointment time to not even get his teeth cleaned. I had to fill out additional paperwork and wasn't told about parents not being allowed back after the initial exam. There's no way I would recommend Bright Now Dental to anyone who has an option to go elsewhere. At least 3 other families had to fill out additional paperwork and 5 other families were not made aware of the "standard pediatric dentist policy"!
they filled in a cavity supposedly that I had and now I'm left with a hole in my tooth wasn't filled right felt weird Biting Down now I've been opened full my mouth
they are rude and left me waiting for an hour for my appointment.
