this is the second time I have had issues with staff being rude at this location, today I called to make an apt and I spoke with two different women. Beware of this place I do not recommend getting anything done
The office wasted my time without an apology: 70 minutes in the waiting room and another 20 in the exam room. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she told me: “Doctor is busy.” (I had a consultation for pulling two wisdom teeth: OWW.) I very much liked Dr. Zarrabi and Dr. John, however, just not the front office lack of respect for my time.

Ortho appointments are made six to eight weeks out, but if you have to reschedule or shuffle the time due to other appointments you don’t get in for another 3 months, so I had to show up early to try to get in if possible realizing that I would have to wait, but the desk girl was a snarky snatch about it. Even when I do get here on time they are just so freaking rude.

Never go this place. The surgeon extracted a wisdom tooth, I let him know that it hurt me and he did not pay attention to me, he said that it was not pain but pressure and it is that I did not really take the anesthesia and extracted that piece with pain. It was horrible.
