The Lacey Wa facility is a terrible place to go don’t waste your time or money!! You are just a number they try to push as many mouths through as possible. My teeth don’t even feel clean after leaving with a so called cleaning. Always trying to up-sell you with treatments and procedures you don’t need. Office staff very snooty and unprofessional!! the dentist didn't explain anything then when I asked questions she got "bothered" by me asking them...i spoke with co-workers who had the same dentist and oddly enough thwy seemed to have all the same issues in the same places I did..they got a second opinion and had no where near the amount of issues they were told they had by bright now dental and spent significantly less money....i would send my worst enemy there.

I am completely and totally disappointed I feel like I was ripped off because I now have insurance not happy about the services I did not receive and I feel like I was lied to just to get more money out of me

The dental assistant was nice but the customer is very poor I was not treated the same way as other customer s the front desk person name I don’t known was rude and unprofessional
My wife had a #17 tooth extraction on Friday and by Sunday the swelling and pain had not subsided. In fact the pain had escalated and as my wife says it is worse than childbirth! Called the phone number which was provided on their Day of Surgery Care for Emergencies, the number is not set up for Voice Mail so cannot reach Dr. Fernando Jimenez. Worst experience with a dental office in 50+yrs! Make a appointment, show up and be prepared for a blank stare and to be asked repeatedly for what! When you are seen get ready to be told that’s the other dentist and to make another appointment for 3 weeks out and then to be told “ no Dr. such and such won’t be back to this office for 2 weeks! No one knows who you are supposed to be seen by or why, be sure you keep your Doctors name, what you’re in for and the next step, cause they sure as heck don’t keep records! I could hav... read more
My husband took my daughter to Bright Now Dental in Stafford on Friday the 11th for her cleaning and was charged a $59 fee. He should of never been charged a fee due to our insurance covering cleaning twice a year. When I called the office the girl that answered the phone did not know anything about insurances but they have her collecting money and handing out treatment plans/estimates! My 9 year old needed a tooth pulled. It ended with Dentist Rhonemus prying my sons mouth open with both hands, pushing his head down and yelling at him. My son was trying to tell him that he was choking and couldn’t breath. I told the dentist to stop and get off of my son several times before I had to yank his hands off of my son!!
