The dental offices are fine... phone customer service HORRIBLE! On hold for 56 minutes for "brief hold" (the recording says that) and then the office disconnected me. What would an "extended hold" look like?
My son's insurance company sent us here with a referral for a root canal. I confirmed with them on the phone before setting the appointment that the insurance was accepted. They made us wait over a month to even get an appointment. After arranging the time off from work & school, they wait till we sign in to tell me they actually don't accept that insurance and do we want to be self pay? Incredibly frustrating situation and was handled very unprofessionally by their staff.
They over charge insurance for their services and clients.
I went in Feb 2019 they told me that they are in network provider but I got a bill for 174$ .... the dentist (young) told me that my pain is prob from my jaw and he can see tiny cavities but doesnt think they will cause any pain no need to fill them. Told me they will do a cleaning and that's it. I refused the cleaning and left in pain..... fast forward 2 weeks later another dentist told me I have 4 cavities that are on the medium size that need a filling. I was disappointed with the crowns I had. The fit wasn't perfect and there was some discomfort when biting down. This was in June 2016. Later in 2017, I received an invoice because my insurance wouldn't pay the bill. My insurance had Bright Now as a preferred provider...the insurance was stating that the procedure was unnecessary.
