When I was in need of 2 bad teeth being removed. I was able to make payments on my balance after my insurance paid. I now have a partial plate with 2 teeth.
Had a terrible experience at Bright Now on waters ave Tampa. Would never go back their. I went to the Bright Now in Palm Harbor and the people their were wonderful. I got in and out on time. The dentist were really nice . I am so happy I changed. I think now I can get the care I needed..Thank you Palm Harbor Bright Now. All the others places need to be as caring as you are.
I have been coming to the Clearwater office for almost 15 years. They always have been very accommodating and flexible working with us on the schedule. We have 2 teens and they have tried to schedule them to make the more sense and us not to spend all day. Today as I was trying to book the office manager with absolutely no customer service skill made me have a terrible experience. this is the second time I have had issues with staff being rude at this location, today I called to make an apt and I spoke with two different women. The first lady , her name was Alexa (she was good , good customer service that is) however she transferred me to Christine (this is the women who gave me a huge attitude ) the way she represented this company is awfull.I was asking to book an apt and to find out pricing , I had multiple questions which she was answering with an attitude and I asked her why if I simply neede... read more

Beware of this place I do not recommend getting anything done
The office wasted my time without an apology: 70 minutes in the waiting room and another 20 in the exam room. When I asked to speak to the office manager, she told me: “Doctor is busy.” (I had a consultation for pulling two wisdom teeth: OWW.) I very much liked Dr. Zarrabi and Dr. John, however, just not the front office lack of respect for my time.
