It’s the worse place I have ever been! Would never go there again! Terrible Service! After a hour of waiting in this office the dentist looks at me and tells me he can’t help us! Everybody has been to different dentist for different kinds of work. He certainly did not impress me! Don’t go there! He certainly did not know how to help us!

Nothing but problems with this office! Scheduling, lack of communication, trying to force more money out of someone and not calling checks for 10 days. Then withdrawing money and causing an overdraft on an account that was paid in full! I'm really pissed now! I need a corporate number. I will not stop until this is ALL fixed!

PARENTS BEWARE! i received a call today from the north canton office from the office manager with quite the attitude from my review of the poor service. Then proceeds to tell me that it was resolved yesterday but after talking with my childs pediatrician i was advised that my child at her age should only be sedated at a hospital, when i told her this her response was that it was not my pediatricians authority to make that decision and that it was the dentist's final decision in the matter. The worst experience of my entire life. They couldn't care less of patient concerns Their dental staff and front desk office staff do not listen. This place is nothing more than assembly work . It is a puppy mill of dentistry. Do not, I repeat!, do not walk in there. AGAIN Worst experience of my entire life 0 stars....-10 stars

They gouge you on pricing. My insurance covers cleaning 100 but they find little billing discrepancies to overcharge your insurance and make you come out of pocket. Stay away they are not honest. Every time I’ve asked for a break down of the bill, they pretend to be to busy to help. Stay away place is an insurance scam.

I have two insurance policies and the billed only my hmo Argos I had to pay $182 up front for the first half of a deep cleaning. My second ins company gave them all my information I have not yet had my refund. I don’t think they have even bothered to Bill them. I have emailed their manager three times , no response. My mouth hurt for a week after the scraping of my teeth and during the procedure it was the most uncomfortable I ever had I though I was going to. Choke before the guy sucked the fluid from my mouth.
Never seen at appointment time. They don’t keep records of previous dental suggestions (so they claim). They over charge!!Patients please double check the prices with your dental insurance before paying.

I specifically scheduled my dental cleaning while I had a week off of work for the holidays. The morning of my appointment I received a phone call saying that the dentist was in an accident and I would need to reschedule for the following Monday (today). This morning I drive 20 minutes to my appointment, only to be told once I got there that the dentist slipped in the grocery store and wasn’t going to come to work, so I had to reschedule a SECOND TIME. just now Recently my employer changed dental plans and therefore I had to find a new dentist. After spending a lot of time trying to learn about the dentists on my new plan I chose Bright Now in Surprise. When I called to make an appointment I was surprised they had one available just 2 days later.
