I have been going to Bright Now Dental since i was a child and in the past two years have been nothing but extremely disappointed!! It’s difficult to contact the front desk ladies and they never call me back. I have called and the operator marked it as an emergency and after all day of waiting in pain, never received a call back. We love the orthodontist here but I can’t tell you how often we’ve had extended appointments. Start late, cancelled without notice, sitting in the dentist chair for 30 min, waiting. Not worth the stress

Bright Now Dental on Martin Way in Olympia, WA is the WORST DENTAL OFFICE around here. They told me I had to have a tooth pulled after I cracked it IN HALF down to my gum. The filling that was in it came out. I have a massive hole in the center of that tooth AND it’s cracked. I was crying in pain during this exam on Tuesday. She said she was only gonna write me a prescription for Norco until the next available appt which was fine, but it was 30 hours from then! I went there to get dentures and than they did an X-ray but didn’t shield me from the machine radiation. Than it took 3 weeks to contact me to come back in. Waste of my time.

This place is an absolute joke! Dont waste your time, cuz they will do it for you! Waited over an hour for my 6 year old son to be seen, then they told me that I was not allowed back n the room with my 6 YEAR OLD, that thats there rules! Seriously???? hes 6 years old and I dont know these people, hell there could be a pedophile back there, I dont flippn know! all i know is I dont like this one bit! I made an appointment for a cleaning. I was told that is what I would get and they offered me a $29.99 new patient exam and cleaning fee. I paid $40.00 for a X-rays and an exam to tell em what type of cleaning I needed. However, they had no one in the office that day to do an actual cleaning. I felt scammed and lied to about an appointment I specifically asked to get a cleaning and that is what was scheduled but did not take place. I will go else where.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO COME HERE! THE DENTIST WAS 1HR BEHIND AT 830A!!! I WAITED AN HOUR BEFORE BEING SEEN! HE CAME IN DIDNT EVEN INTRODUCE HIMSELF AND STARTED TALKING ABOUT WHAT HE “THOUGHT” I NEEDED TO DO THEN HE CHANGED HIS MIND & TOLD ME TO DO SOMETHING ELSE... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!

I stopped going to Bright Now because they constantly tried to sell me a $300 bite plate that I don't need (I don't show any of the signs of grinding my teeth at night, which I've explained to them multiple times, so a bite plate would be useless), but I recently had an emergency when a filling broke out of my front tooth and my regular dentist didn't have an opening until the 13th of this month, so I went back to Bright Now and was seen by Dr. Bhinder. They re-glued a crown on, 8 months later, it came off. Then they expected me to pay for it again. That’s just bull! They will screw you over!
