Worst experience with a dental office in 50+yrs! Make a appointment, show up and be prepared for a blank stare and to be asked repeatedly for what! When you are seen get ready to be told that’s the other dentist and to make another appointment for 3 weeks out and then to be told “ no Dr. such and such won’t be back to this office for 2 weeks! No one knows who you are supposed to be seen by or why, be sure you keep your Doctors name, what you’re in for and the next step, cause they sure as heck don’t keep records! I could hav... read more

My husband took my daughter to Bright Now Dental in Stafford on Friday the 11th for her cleaning and was charged a $59 fee. He should of never been charged a fee due to our insurance covering cleaning twice a year. When I called the office the girl that answered the phone did not know anything about insurances but they have her collecting money and handing out treatment plans/estimates! My 9 year old needed a tooth pulled. It ended with Dentist Rhonemus prying my sons mouth open with both hands, pushing his head down and yelling at him. My son was trying to tell him that he was choking and couldn’t breath. I told the dentist to stop and get off of my son several times before I had to yank his hands off of my son!! It’s the worse place I have ever been! Would never go there again! Terrible Service! After a hour of waiting in this office the dentist looks at me and tells me he can’t help us! Everybody has been to different dentist for different kinds of work. He certainly did not impress me! Don’t go there! He certainly did not know how to help us!

Nothing but problems with this office! Scheduling, lack of communication, trying to force more money out of someone and not calling checks for 10 days. Then withdrawing money and causing an overdraft on an account that was paid in full! I'm really pissed now! I need a corporate number. I will not stop until this is ALL fixed!

PARENTS BEWARE! i received a call today from the north canton office from the office manager with quite the attitude from my review of the poor service. Then proceeds to tell me that it was resolved yesterday but after talking with my childs pediatrician i was advised that my child at her age should only be sedated at a hospital, when i told her this her response was that it was not my pediatricians authority to make that decision and that it was the dentist's final decision in the matter. The worst experience of my entire life. They couldn't care less of patient concerns Their dental staff and front desk office staff do not listen. This place is nothing more than assembly work . It is a puppy mill of dentistry. Do not, I repeat!, do not walk in there. AGAIN Worst experience of my entire life 0 stars....-10 stars

They gouge you on pricing. My insurance covers cleaning 100 but they find little billing discrepancies to overcharge your insurance and make you come out of pocket. Stay away they are not honest. Every time I’ve asked for a break down of the bill, they pretend to be to busy to help. Stay away place is an insurance scam.
