If you know me, you know I hate dentist. I went to Bright Dental in Elyria in Chestnut Commons. I haven't been to a dentist in decades. They were very nice and professional. Crystal was with me every step of my appointment. She explained everything in detailed and answered all my questions. She was great!! My teeth were really bad because I hated going to the dentist. dirty bad manners long waits and no competition for kids at all took my son there they pulled a tooth he looked funny and I said something to him he didnt respond back to me called a nurse they said that normal so I shook him and he still wasnt doing anything just I rubbed his chest and he finally came back and they said oh that's normal you can go now went and got a second opinion and they said with his age he should of been put to sleep to have the tooth pulled and when I asked they told me they didnt do that so yeah dont... read more

When I called to make an appointment to have 2 teeth extracted, was given a "ball park" estimate of $197.00 per tooth. After the X-rays and exam, was given the price of $450.00 per tooth, as well as another estimate of $8000.00 for additional work. When I questioned the price, was offered an instant $150.00 discount per tooth, if that "discount " is available, why wait to offer it after a customer questions the price ? I went to my appointment yesterday only to find out Bright Now laid off my dentist. Why??? I found out , it was because he made too much money. He had been with them for many years so his salary and his percentage of earnings from his excellent work was to high. Awe,(sarcastic ) the CEO’s of Bright Now were loosing some of their precious money to a great dentist. BRING Dr. Amador BACK YOU GREEDY CORPORATE JERKS!!!!!!
The absolute worst dentist visit's I've ever had in my life. Went from seeing a great dentist in San Francisco to seeing some of the worst dentist's ever encountered in Modesto. Constantly trying to upsale on work that isn't needed, I know because I received a second opinion and everything was totally fine. No bridge work needed or unnecessary work on cavities that have already been filled or unnecessary crowns.
