I have two insurance policies and the billed only my hmo Argos I had to pay $182 up front for the first half of a deep cleaning. My second ins company gave them all my information I have not yet had my refund. I don’t think they have even bothered to Bill them. I have emailed their manager three times , no response. My mouth hurt for a week after the scraping of my teeth and during the procedure it was the most uncomfortable I ever had I though I was going to. Choke before the guy sucked the fluid from my mouth.
Never seen at appointment time. They don’t keep records of previous dental suggestions (so they claim). They over charge!!Patients please double check the prices with your dental insurance before paying.

I specifically scheduled my dental cleaning while I had a week off of work for the holidays. The morning of my appointment I received a phone call saying that the dentist was in an accident and I would need to reschedule for the following Monday (today). just now Recently my employer changed dental plans and therefore I had to find a new dentist. After spending a lot of time trying to learn about the dentists on my new plan I chose Bright Now in Surprise. When I called to make an appointment I was surprised they had one available just 2 days later. For a deep cleaning and exam it took about 2 hours because the hygienist kept going and taking care of other patients. Plus the hygienist didn’t tell me about a root canal that I needed before I could get my partial done. My next cleaning I asked for a different hygienist and the new one did the same thing to my mother it took an hour and a half just for a regular cleaning and exam because she kept leaving my mother and taking care of other patients.

Had an appointment at 1:30pm,it is now 3:05pm and I’m still waiting to get cleaning done. Like why in the hell could this be something the patient would be okay with. No information on there being a delay or anything. If your literally this overbooked then simply schedule me a different day because this is just ridiculous. Take better care of your customers time and patience.

They charge for a deep cleaning that isn’t even close to other normal cleanings I’ve had AND will only do half of your mouth st a time! Everything is so outrageously expensive, it takes no less than $1500 - $2000 every single time I go & they wonder why I’m not there more often.
