Terrible experience . I’d give negative stars if possible . I went there specifically for a tooth extraction since my dentist didn’t perform this type of work. I had a consultation which I had to wait a 1/2 hr for so that should have been my first warning sign. I then called and made my appointment for 9:30am. I asked the rep if there would be await because I didn’t want to have to wait all day and she assured me that the surgery times stay current and there would be no delays. 4/30/18 I highly recommend that you do not go to this place!!! Dr. Ted Hughes First of all I have been to the dentist many times with many experiences but nothing like this place. They did not add the first topical applicator before injection to my gums. They started injecting my gums with Novocain. I felt every step of the needle going in, I tried to tell the assistant that it hurt like heck. But they will not listen to me I wanted to let them know that I thought they were going to numb me first before they remove the teeth... read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofessional and rude staff. I just left this office for what was supposed to be a scheduled appointment for my son, had my appointment card in hand, and was told not only was there no appointment scheduled, they do not even have my son listed as having been there prior! The grown woman with pigtails in her hair at the front desk said and I quote "Your appointment card means nothing to me. It is for your benefit not mine." Very friendly doctor but the price for an extraction was ridiculous high! Almost $400! Really?? I had to go home with my problem without solution due the price. Paid $79 for a antibiotics prescription.

The Hygenist was kind, welcoming and smiling. The office staff was cold, direct, and never smiles. The office staff appear as though they do not want to help you in any way and are being bothered by your coming in. BEWARE, although they say they get authorization from your insurance company, come back 2 months later saying you owe more because they made a mistake. Again office staff won't explain, just rudely says pay up!

Disappointed to say the least. I had a good experience with the hygienist, and most of the staff seemed nice. My issue is with the way you handled billing. You don't explain to people that they're signing an estimate. I understand it's on me to read what I'm signing, however I'd expect to be able to trust a business so I don't need a lawyer to read over every last form I'm signing for simple procedures. I have been going to Bright Dental for years. Office staff and Dr Kwok are wonderful however this visit was not one of my best Visits , it was needed because of pain I’m having because I have a cavity under a bridge that needs to be fixed. My ins Co did not get back to Bright Dental with the pay scale and after waiting and holding to find out what the hold up was, I was told if I wanted to start my treatment so would have to pay the entire cost which was 4K and after Ins paid I would be refunded. Worst dentist ever... went in for cleanings and needed two hours for them to try to sell everything under the sun.. all I needed was a cleaning.. never going back. Awful

Warning! Don't use Bright Now Dental on Cal Oaks Murrieta. Doctor and management really bad service!!
