Absolute worst experience. 2 pm appmnt which I drove 1 hour for. Was told it would be a 3 hour wait! 🤯🔫

no !!! cost me over 1,000 dollars on one tooth, but they screwed it up so bad had to have it pulled. oh, they over charged me, then bout never got my money from them !

Keeping the appointments on time. Not making you wait 45 minutes then telling you it will be 36 days before they can get you in to pull the bad tooth. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office.
The wait time is ridiculous even if you have an appointment you have to wait 2-3 hours plus they are always calling to change my appointment time.

Some of your staff were not very professional. Your prices exceed other dentists in the area. Your front office treat people as they don’t care. It’s a take it or leave it attitude.

They are rude . I will never take my son here . We are looking else where . They always find something wrong and make you spend money for nonsense work . I can’t believe any insurance would approve the crappie work they do . My husband has been in 6 times this last yr for the same filling coming off

First time visiting them for a simple cleaning. Took vacation time from work to get there at 4:15 for a 4:30 appointment. Just left at 5:15 because they took me back after waiting an hour to be told they aren't going to clean my teeth today (which is the reason I made the appointment) but rather they were going to do x-rays and an exam. I told them to cancel the appointment and left (after confirming they would not bill me for the visit, of course). They will probably say workup was necessary. They are flat out rude. They don’t care about the well being of the patient or how they feel( physically or emotionally). It seems like all they care about is money. They said she could get laughing gas to make her more comfortable, after she agreed to it, they said she needed to go up front and pay for it. They also said, they could send her somewhere else and she can pay $329 to get knocked out. Absolutely ridiculous.
