Horrible horrible service. Wait for an hour and a half for them to not even address the issue I had. I went to get a broken tooth pulled and all they did was look at my xrays and talk about root canals and crowns I csnt afford on teeth I didnt even have an issue with. So I still have a tooth causing pain because they didn't bother to deal with why I made the appointment. Oh but make another appt and we will pull it. Why not do it while I am here?! I don’t know where to start people in the front desk are rude, Norma never returns phone calls ... I leave the office mad every time ... never taking my kids there again.. I gave them one too many chances..

Dentist come and go😡 it’s not the same anymore, I have been a patient for over 20 years and I’m no longer happy!!

(Longmont, CO) The dentist was nice, but the front staff here is by far the rudest, most unprofessional I've ever seen. They laughed at my daughter the whole time she was in there and told her she could die from a simple procedure. I made a payment and my daughter didn't even end up getting the procedure done they had frightened her so much. I asked for my money back and was told they would send a check which I still haven't received 19 days later. Would not recommend to anyone. There are way better offices out there. Update... read more
