was there 3 hours all they did was x Ray's. then told me that dentist didn't want to pull my tooth that hurt really bad and gave prescription ibeprofen told me to schedule for a Friday other dentist could do it

Disappointed !! I have to cancel my appointment after waiting 1 hour 5 minutes . I need to wait another an hour because schedules behind my appointment 😠 The front desk staff told me. Respect our time!! Who wants to go to dentis waiting for 2 hour for nothing and have to drive 25 minutes!!!

I called around to different dentist office for pricing for teeth whitening and found bright dental had what I thought was the best price. I was quoted a price and after the procedure the price higher then what I was told. The staff was nice however I highly recommend getting the price and paying for it prior to the treatment since they changed the price

Well I go in to have my tooth looked at. And then when I say I just want it pulled. The lady says " You got a real winner there " . I am upset but what can you do when people are in bad mood and then pit you in a bad mood. It's bad that your in pain but to be in pain and pissed off and a bad mood makes it. Unbelievable. Don't forget you're paying for this service

Finally after trying 3 other offices I found one that is professional! From the Doctor to the front desk help. A no hassle office.
I like the practice but they are not flexible. The orthodontist works only one day a week at the location so it is very difficult for me to set up an appointment due to my work. It is frustrating when i have to bring my daughter in and have to wait a week so the ortho can look at it. I eosh they were a little more flexible and valued my time.

Horrible horrible service. Wait for an hour and a half for them to not even address the issue I had. I went to get a broken tooth pulled and all they did was look at my xrays and talk about root canals and crowns I csnt afford on teeth I didnt even have an issue with. So I still have a tooth causing pain because they didn't bother to deal with why I made the appointment. Oh but make another appt and we will pull it. Why not do it while I am here?!
