I rent a home that already had an ADT system in it. We decided to activate service and the Bulldog Security salesperson gave us what seemed like a great deal included several pieces of free equipment. We were told specifically that he was making an exception because they were not supposed to do this for rental homes. He said we can cancel at anytime but, if we wait until after 13-months we would own the equipment and therefore wouldn't owe any money back. If i could give this company NO STARS that is what they would get. 7 or 8 times since Feb 2022 ADT and BULLDOG SECURITY SERVICES have been to my home for the same issue. I went 46 days with no video or recording (July to Aug) I asked to be released from contract and they wont, the manager came and they asked me to get a mesh, got the mesh. Guess what, security messed up 7 times in a week and half. The manager tells me that if its working now that means its fine. I asked her three times if a car shuts off and on does that me... read more

Existing ADT customer for over 15 years, moved service and hired Bulldog to install the new equipment. So far the WORST experience/mistake I've ever made. We signed up with the understanding that our current ADT rate would be honored. It was not - IT WAS DOUBLED!!! As of this review, we have a 3 month old contract and ADT corporate has a six month cancellation policy that Bulldog refuses to honor. So far the worst experience, we signed up two houses hoping it would be on par with Vivint. it is not. We have a 4 month old contract ADT corporate has a six month cancellation policy that Bulldog won't honor. Why wouldn't you cancel a person's contract if you aren't delivering in your end? $3000 for absolutely nothing. That's why you see these poor ratings, that's why they leave equipment in your home. This level of corporate greed has to stop. I understand a penalty, but $3k!? Buyer beware!!!!

If I would be able to give a review with less then 1 star I would most definitely do that. But sadly I have leave them with one star. Their customer service is a complete joke. Some everyone is a supervisor. Tried to cancel my services before the 30 day mark and they only have a 3 day grace period. You have 3 DAYS to realize you don't like a service is a joke. Got a manager on the phone and got absolutely nowhere. He ended up insulting my intelligence and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Bulldog Security Service is... read more

Alex- Our sincere apologies for your frustrations. As is standard for every ADT agreement, customers have 3 days to cancel upon signature. Please refer to the Notice of Cancellation in your agreement where you signed and dated acknowledging that you understand the cancellation policy. It's unfortunate that you changed your mind after the grace period but rest assured had there been anything wrong with the system or equipment we would have gone above and beyond to fix it.
