I am an ADT customer but not a Bulldog Security customer. A sales rep of theirs came to my home to try and upsell my system but upon being told I was not interested he pitched a fit and pulled my ADT sign out of my yard and took it with him. I am not his customer and he was very combative. Buyer Beware that this company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Save yourself the headache and order from corporate instead.

I am an ADT customer but not a Bulldog Security customer. Would not recommend. Regret signing up with Bulldog. Had my system exactly 1 month already. Currently, waiting for manager to call me per tech that showed up yesterday to replace batteries. Batteries on one of the windows went bad after two weeks. Let's see if a manger ever calls. Also, my so called upgraded ring camera decided to stop working today. My front door alarm was installed improperly from the get go. It started giving false alarms after just two days. After telling sales rep and installation rep I did not want smo... read more

Purchased a system due to the immense pressure of the sales guy who just randomly dropped by my house as we were moving in. We've only had the system for 3 months but we can't cancel the contract because apparently an "Authorized Dealer"(Bulldog) doesn't follow the same warranty as the ADT Corporate. Their doorbell camera is useless and doesn't work at all, the app is useless and doesn't work most of the time, the sensors fall off my windows and constantly trigger my alarm. Well this is a first - I've never had to literally call the police to get a company's sales person to leave my property after being asked, then told, repeatedly to leave. Congratulations on reaching a new low in door-to-door sales I guess? Parking to block our driveway then standing on the porch and refusing to leave is one way to "help customers" I guess. Frank Husley at Bulldog Security Services tried to force his way into my home to hawk an ADT subscription. He then called me dumb and a sissy for not buying an alarm system from him and stormed off. My Ring doorbell caught it all on video. Is this the type of person/company you want to do business with?
