If I would be able to give a review with less then 1 star I would most definitely do that. But sadly I have leave them with one star. Their customer service is a complete joke. Some everyone is a supervisor. Tried to cancel my services before the 30 day mark and they only have a 3 day grace period. You have 3 DAYS to realize you don't like a service is a joke. Please refer to the Notice of Cancellation in your agreement where you signed and dated acknowledging that you understand the cancellation policy. It's unfortunate that you changed your mind after the grace period but rest assured had there been anything wrong with the system or equipment we would have gone above and beyond to fix it. Here is where I am currently with Bulldog. I specifically asked my rep if ADT Bulldog is the same as ADT and I was told they were...same service same warranty etc. This is my fault for trusting the rep and her manager as I failed to completely read the contract. It is extremely one sided and doesn't honor the 6 month guarantee etc...note: the rep was new and didn't have all the answers so the info came from her support. I am an ADT customer but not a Bulldog Security customer. A sales rep of theirs came to my home to try and upsell my system but upon being told I was not interested he pitched a fit and pulled my ADT sign out of my yard and took it with him. I am not his customer and he was very combative. Buyer Beware that this company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Save yourself the headache and order from corporate instead.

Would not recommend. Regret signing up with Bulldog. Had my system exactly 1 month already. Currently, waiting for manager to call me per tech that showed up yesterday to replace batteries. Batteries on one of the windows went bad after two weeks. Let's see if a manger ever calls. Also, my so called upgraded ring camera decided to stop working today. My front door alarm was installed improperly from the get go. It started giving false alarms after just two days. After telling sales rep and installation rep I did not want smo... read more

We've only had the system for 3 months but we can't cancel the contract because apparently an "Authorized Dealer"(Bulldog) doesn't follow the same warranty as the ADT Corporate.
