Just go get Ring! They will not allow you to cancel after the 3 day grace period unless you pay 75% of the total balance owed on the account. I've had the service for 2 weeks, signed the contract a month ago and absolutely regret getting the system. Just save yourself the time and money by purchasing Ring for your home. Should have never purchased ADT in the first place but now I'm stuck with it. They knocked on my door at 7PM, explaining they were the relocation consultants and tried to enter my home. Kept explaining were here to do a survey of your alarm system. Nonsense, they scam to come into your home and try to sell a overpriced ADT system which sells for 50% less, from ADY corp. We have placed them into our local security patrol for entering our community with out permission. Total Scammers!!!!

Received this misleading notice on our door. My husband and I searched for the company online and came across various reviews citing the same red notice. According to a couple of Yelp responses from Ms. Melissa with BDS, they would no longer be using that material due to complaints...that was a couple of years ago. Hmmm it's 2021 and the company is still using the same misleading materials???? Please do not come back again. I do not want an unsolicited complimentary sales pitch for equipment that I can purchase and install o... read more

I am very unhappy with the services provided. The company showed up in an unmarked car, with no company information letting me know who it was. We have had problems since day 1. I called back the same day but the issue was still not resolved. I am a highly successful business owner and trusted this company to provide my family with security. They were respectful and took there time to answer questions. the next day I have reservations because the price was outrageous and the manager (who installed the system himself) gave me a discount stating it was due to me being a first time responder.
