Received this misleading notice on our door. My husband and I searched for the company online and came across various reviews citing the same red notice. According to a couple of Yelp responses from Ms. Melissa with BDS, they would no longer be using that material due to complaints...that was a couple of years ago. Hmmm it's 2021 and the company is still using the same misleading materials???? Please do not come back again. I am very unhappy with the services provided. The company showed up in an unmarked car, with no company information letting me know who it was. We have had problems since day 1. I called back the same day but the issue was still not resolved. I am a highly successful business owner and trusted this company to provide my family with security. A package was already stolen and we can't see who it was because the Camera is still not working. I have lost more money having to be at home since they have came out 3-4 times. Also, a... read more

I bought through this conpany back in 2020. So for a first impression they left a good one. They were respectful and took there time to answer questions. the next day I have reservations because the price was outrageous and the manager (who installed the system himself) gave me a discount stating it was due to me being a first time responder. Sounds great right. Well they kept my card on file and charged me 3x the agreed amount that i had in writing and took pictures of to prove. I have them the benefit of the doubt and cal... read more

Completely unprofessional. No mask and pushed their way into my home at 8pm. After 15 minutes of babbling I felt very uncomfortable and kindly asked the sales person to leave. She then guilted me and asked why I didn't want to protect my family. Very disappointing.

!!!do not do it. stay away!!! save yourself your valuable time & money. i am currently working to cancel my account for a full refund within the 3 day grace period post purchase, considering they fooled us into paying an insane amount of money for security equipment. these criminals are making it absolutely impossible to cancel. unbelievable wait times to get on the phone with someone, and once i have finally reached a representative, all i receive is rudeness and complete disrespect. what they won't tell you is you nee... read more
