Completely unprofessional. No mask and pushed their way into my home at 8pm. After 15 minutes of babbling I felt very uncomfortable and kindly asked the sales person to leave. She then guilted me and asked why I didn't want to protect my family. Very disappointing.

!!!do not do it. stay away!!! save yourself your valuable time & money. i am currently working to cancel my account for a full refund within the 3 day grace period post purchase, considering they fooled us into paying an insane amount of money for security equipment. these criminals are making it absolutely impossible to cancel. unbelievable wait times to get on the phone with someone, and once i have finally reached a representative, all i receive is rudeness and complete disrespect. what they won't tell you is you nee... read more

DON'T DO IT! Worst decision I have ever made. Bulldog came out and installed the equipment the technician was great but on Saturday evening we noticed it was acting up and wouldn't go off when doors opened and cameras weren't working at all. Sunday morning we called to cancel but they were closed so I spoke to ADT and they sent them over notes. After that we thought the technician was coming to uninstall equipment but they said they were coming for a service. I told them on the phone that we wanted to cancel like we told AD... read more

I cancelled within the 3 day grace period back in February. Here it is almost May and they refuse to let ADT know that I've cancelled, so I keep getting billed. They were suppose to come and pick their equipment up within 24 hour's of cancelling, it took them a week. I went with another company but I wouldn't/couldn't let them install the new equipment until BULLDOG came and picked up their equipment because I didn't want them to say that I or the other company tampered with their outdated equipment they installed. Do not use this security company. Deceptive business practices. If you sign a contract they may slip you another different one because they will say your first contract did not go through. BEWARE OF THIS COMAPNY. Do not use them!! I repeat go anywhere else but here!!!
