Well this is a first - I've never had to literally call the police to get a company's sales person to leave my property after being asked, then told, repeatedly to leave. Congratulations on reaching a new low in door-to-door sales I guess? Parking to block our driveway then standing on the porch and refusing to leave is one way to "help customers" I guess. Frank Husley at Bulldog Security Services tried to force his way into my home to hawk an ADT subscription. He then called me dumb and a sissy for not buying an alarm system from him and stormed off. My Ring doorbell caught it all on video. Is this the type of person/company you want to do business with?

I've never even heard of this company before, and they attempted to charge my account for $58.44? I own my security system and haven't even met with an employee before. Based off prior reviews, customer beware!

I agree with Natalie's review below. They took (without permission) all of our old security equipment out of the house and into the tech's car so in case we wanted to cancel we would not have any equipment to reinstall? We of course did not realize this into the next day. A security company committing theft right under us. An Egregious act ! We have canceled their service, and demanded a full refund. These guys are crooks, they install crap sensors and monitors that fell off the wall as soon as the tech left. We had to r... read more

Just go get Ring! They will not allow you to cancel after the 3 day grace period unless you pay 75% of the total balance owed on the account. I've had the service for 2 weeks, signed the contract a month ago and absolutely regret getting the system. Just save yourself the time and money by purchasing Ring for your home. Should have never purchased ADT in the first place but now I'm stuck with it. I'm not saying the equipment or the system is bad but simply stating that they do not deal in good faith or are their contract... read more
