I used this service to book a ticket in business class. The agent *********************** was very helpful and worked hard to find a ticket I want. The charge was $50 more than what I could have gotten from the airline website but it is worth it. ***** helped to get the tickets quickly and also helped with frequent flyer miles. I havent made the trip yet. I might post my review again after I finish my trip.

So far I am very impressed with Business Class! I discovered them by clicking on an ad not really thinking anything would come out of it. ******************* was the most helpful in answering allll of my questions (I had a lot since I usually book on my own directly) and finding great flight options at amazing prices. In fact, the flight I was about to book, *** found at a much better price for the same cabin I was going to book direct (premium economy)! Relief, jubilation and a feeling of contentment. Business Travel Group and more specifically *************************** gave me 5 Star treatment. I tried for two days to find the best route with a great price, it was an exhausting experience. I called Business Travel Group and was very fortunate to have ****** answer my call.
