Worse company Ive ever dealt with for travel. Took almost 2 months to receive airfare from their consolidator and charged more for a ticket than we could have purchased directly from the airline. No positive benefit at all.

While records show that the exchange took closer to one month, your dissatisfaction is clearly warranted. We haven't worked with that consolidator in many months, for reasons just like this, but had no choice this time because your original tickets were issued through them. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Horrible Experience with this service. They failed to book my flight to my international destination. When I checked in at the airport they only had the first leg of my trip booked, and I ended ** in a coach seat when I had prepaid for a Business class trip 9 months prior. Later, when prompted, they were unable to book me a flight home until 4 days before the return. I used Business-Class.com in November, 2021 and dealt with A... in Sales, who was very helpful and issued our travel tickets for February, 2022 without a problem. However, when I had to change my tickets due to COVID problems in the country I was travelling to, then I hit a MAJOR SNAG. I then had to deal with customer service, and the help I received was ATROCIOUS!! At first I got a lot of flight options very quickly so I was impressed - then I confirmed it gave my credit card and passport and nothing. I kept asking the rep to call me and she would only text or email me saying I am driving I can't speak (then who can you text and email???). So I got very concerned and when the rep finally called me it came up as a spam call. Needless to say I freaked out thinking this site was all a scam as it was my first time. DO NOT USE - horrible customer service. It was easy enough to book my flight through their website. It saved my ~$600 on an international flight. After that it went downhill.One of my connecting flights was cancelled. The only way to modify my reservation was to call them. They are difficult to get in touch with. They assigned an agent to me that never answered his phone and never called me back. After trying several times and explaining my challenges, they transferred me to someone else. Agent tried hard and was courteous but the overall result took too much time and saved very little. It took 3 voice mails, 2 emails, 1 dropped call by customer Service and 4 days before a person returned my request to buy tickets. I had a voucher from a previous cancelled flight (Covid issues in destination). Much back & forth Result: After applying my $1489 credit, the price for a RT non-stop *******-Stockholm was the same price I could have gotten by booking directly with SAS. If you are considering purchasing airline tickets through Business-Class.com, my experience is worth a read. Below is an outline of my dispute: In March 2020, we paid Business-Class.com, an online travel agency for (2) Emirates business class airline tickets to Greece for travel in June 2020 totaling $7,359.70. Given the amount of money we were spending and the climate at the time involving COVID-19 we had lengthy conversations with Business-Class.com agent, Mark ******* regarding refunds.
