Very disappointing. Extremely noisy. The food (6 appetizers) were lukewarm and unappealing, and the taste was boring.

It was a noisy restaurant. I was hoping to share a pizza and generally enjoying thin crust style, but this pizza was like eating crackers. Disappointing pizza. The Caesar and ice cream were good. Our server was lackluster and didn’t seem interested in our order.

GOING DOWNHILL: $5 extra for toast! Used to love this place, but no more. Who serves yogurt and berries with plain, no-taste yogurt? (Vanilla? Serve with jam? No!) Who doesn't include toast with an omelet, and charges $5 dollars extra for the toast? Who -when asked specifically for an easy-access table because our party included someone with a walker- takes us to a table in the center of the dining room, which I refused? Do Better, Fiorello's...Do Better.

Food is pretty good, we ordered shrimp scampi, linguini with clams, seafood risotto, and tiramisu for dessert. Our waiter was a bit rude and impatient, service can be a little better.

Noise more than “energetic “. Almost impossible to hear my dining companion across a small table.

Food as always great - especially the thin crust pizza. BUT - this noise level is too too loud. The seats are so close that you are hearing all of your neighbors conversations. In good weather, outdoors is a nice option. But I can't stand the noise level inside.

We were celebrating a birthday flew in to New York for the day from Canada to celebrate and wrote snd asked for a dessert .There was no comment or candle which would have made this restaurant an excellent experience
