our server for dinner outside on the patio was MISERABLE. very unkind and very slow with our drink orders.
Business response:
Hi, Charlotte. We're very sorry to hear that the service you received was short of our high standards. Please call us at (212) 595-5330 so we can gather some more information from you. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
Some of the dishes for lunch were too pricey and not worth the cost. I had the avocado and quinoa salad and to include chicken added $15 to the cost. The salad is very small and the overall cost with the chicken was too high. The waiter we had did the best she could but she was covering too many tables. We had a matinee to catch and had to leave without dessert.
We came on a Sunday at 5:30. There was only one other table filled outside. It was very hot and no one came to bring water after repeated requests. Services was not great but food and everything else was
Moved twice due to uncomfortable seating. $19 salad & kitchen couldnt divide & serve on 2 plates. Chicken parm huge and tasty. Specialty cocktail- ice in a glass with splash of cocktail-
Food was horrible and in no way fine dining or even casual dining. The Cacio e Pepe, a classic simple Roman dish and not often seen on menus, was nothing more that an adult serving of kids “pasta with butter and cheese”. Serious?!! Food was served barely warm/cold. Rookie mistake on restaurant’s part, imo.

Even once seated and the umbrella had been tied down, no one came over to apologize. Instead, a ... read more
Bad service. They turned off the lights and we were still eating. They wanted all the people to leave. It was lunch. The food was ok, but with that service...
They seem to have a small, uncomfortable and cramped table where they seat old people. There’s no leg room, the banquette seat has lost its spring, and really, no one can see you. I use a cane, so I guess the m’aitre d’ decided it was what I deserved. I asked to be moved, the restaurant was practically empty, and was seated at a decent table with a view of the restaurant, but very near the kitchen. I ordered spaghetti bolognese. The food was meh, practically tasteless, and very greasy. My waiter was kind and charming, and wa... read more
