I made reservations a month ahead to celebrate my husband’s birthday coming from North Carolina and the service was poor. They sat us in a small corner with barely room and the drinking glass and silverware were dirty. Waiter was not very friendly. Didn’t even had the courtesy to greet us or talk directly to us. We visit a lot of restaurant and this was our least favorite. Never going back there and will not recommend.
It is just too loud in there to even hear yourself think let alone enjoy a meal.
Food was average, lettuce salad was served warm. As visitors to NY for 15 years I would say this was the worst service we have had. I wouldn’t go back.
We had a 11am reservation and noticed how empty/quiet it was for a Saturday. Normally, we have brunch at The Smith next door but wanted to try another place. The food was terrible. The waiter was rude and interrupted constantly ... Do not recommend. sorry to leave a bad review.
The Pepperoni pizza was way too sweet. It said it had honey so sounded a bit odd but was not expecting that level of sweetness.
My husband found a piece of plastic in his French toast. The granola bowl is a massive rip-off at $17; the granola is just a generic, mass-produced granola. The manager removed the plastic French toast from the bill (of course) but did nothing to help ensure that we left on a positive note. Very disappointing.
Unfriendly server, too spicy pasta and the pizza was a bit dry. Very nice ambiance and the chicken was great.
Food was surprisingly bad. Pasta with clams - totally overcooked and soft pasta, canned clams?, WAY too saucy. Chicken parm - blah. Have been here a few times and last night was not good at all.
Menu needs to be updated. Specials should be offered. Both salad and entree came out at the same time. Restrooms needed serious attention. Servers were attentive.
