The service was fantastic! The waiters go out of their way to make you feel better. By service alone, this place will be fantastic. The problem was the food. Very basic, not a lot of taste. This is a place for tourists, but not for good food.

It was a mad house. Worst service ever.
No one asked for our vaccine or ID cards. Twice when I’ve dined there no one asked either time. Disappointing.

I used to have a soft spot in my heart for Cafe Fiorello, and fond memories of eating there with my family years ago. Sadly, my recent dinner experience--high prices, mostly mediocre food, and lackluster service--changed the way I feel about the restaurant. I won't be going back. When you walk into the restaurant, you're greeted by a bountiful antipasto bar. Unfortunately, the actual portions of antipasto served are minuscule. Waiter made errors on 3 orders
This visit was very disappointing. My first back since prepandemic and the tables were as tightly packed as ever. I had difficulty getting out of my seat and not knocking over anything on the table next to us and i am thin. I cannot imagine how anyone above average size can get through here. The food was mediocre and certainly not worth the exorbitant prices. The service was friendly but slow.. i won’t be back.
Thanksgiving- we ordered at 11:15 am…they told us we couldn’t get Lunch, only breakfast… 5 minutes later the table next to us ordered lunch… and then the table behind us… they all got their food and we were still sitting…. By 12:15 we started asking where our food was. They obviously forgot our order, but wouldn’t admit it or come tell us. I sat there for another 15 minutes and then complained again and finally got our food that was cooked in a rush.
