If you like noise and mediocre food ordered off a plastic covered menus then look no further. Everything is blanketed in butter, olive oil or cheese so leave your calorie counter at home. On the plus side the staff was friendly and service prompt
This was so utterly disappointing and overpriced. I ordered the "Italian Cobb Salad" for $27. It consisted of approximately 3 leaves of shredded Romain lettuce with a deboned, skin-on chicken thigh on top. A few lovely olives and some nice smoky bacon could not rescue the meal. This was a bad experience from the start. Cafe Fiorello should do better. They were not checking vaccination verification for indoor seating. The tables were crowded together. It was difficult to move between the tables. We ordered quickly, both meals and coffee at the same time. The coffee was delayed and finally arrived along with our food. Too noisy, too crowded (no Covid table spacing at all, which made us uncomfortable, and mediocre food.
This is not a restaurant for a single woman. You might as well be transparent. A single woman is lucky not to be seated in the kitchen. The waiters will ignore you until you request service. When someone finally came, they offered water but did not ask me whether I would like a drink. And unlike other diners “close” to my table, I was not asked if I had any questions about the menu. Apparently a “do you know what you want to order?” after offering water was good enough. Never again!
Seated at a tiny table in far rear of restaurant. Inexperienced waitress.
Our waitress was having a tough night but for the price $$$ I was expecting to have better service. I'm not planning to return and couldn't recommend it.
20 minutes after seated we finally ordered. 45 minutes later we got out food.
Been coming here for years won’t go back. Service was very poor food was decent. There are other places with good food a d service.
