O’ e never had such an over cooked leathery Veal schnitzel Milanese in my life. Could hardly slice even the middle of it. If veal is so expensive you re fry something another customer ordered - which I can only think as the reason for that awful meal, unless chefs are now ex-busboys being promoted due to lack of cooks. I can’t understand why this could happen in one of my favourite restaurants. (House salad, too. was not even cheap diner worthy: soggy strips of cheap lettuce!)
The waiters tried hard but were overcome by the impossible numbers of guests to serve. The noise level was so high and the crowd was so dense that we took our main course away for consumption in our hotel. The veal parmesan was enough to serve four non-obese customers. The fried shrimp appetizer was the best anywhere. I doubt if we will ever patronize this restaurant again.
Impressive how many people this restaurant could serve, however, flavor of the food was mediocre at best. Fried artichokes (there specialty) were over done, calamari was underdone and entree, chicken parmigiana was flavorless
good food altho expensive
I have dined here many times in the past. The cuisine and service were better.
there was hair in my tiramisu
Bustling and loud local Italian restaurant with mediocre foot and disappointing service. Took forever to order. Food came before cocktails and things were forgotten. It was busy but not packed. Beware if you have food allergies. They do not take them seriously except gluten. Very disturbing.
Probably due to Covid-19 the service was absolutely horrible. 1-1/2 hours for breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced at this restaurant.
Tourists trap. Wanted to find a nice authentic Italian restaurant for my daughter’s birthday. This was NOT it. do not recommend. The food was of low quality and way overpriced. The food tasted like something one would get out of the freezer section. Better off going to Olive Garden. While not authentic, at least there you get free salad and breadsticks!
