Food was not good.
Forgot my husbands birthday and I placed on reservation. Ordered small order of baked clams but given and charged for double order. Wait staff hard to understand with thick accents. Two orders of Dover sole looked and tasted like tilapia!!

Food is VERY mediocre. My pasta was FAR from al dente and the vegetable salad was tasteless. Spirited place, reasonably good service.I would go back there for a drink before a Met performance. Nothing more.
Wine served in a chipped glass. Focaccia bread was very salty. Chicken parm was fried too long and ends were burnt. Lasagna was awful. Overpriced and would definitely not go back.
We had an early reservation before the opera and were squeezed into a tiny table for two against a wall and within inches of a booth. Barely room for our plates and a glass of wine. Too noisy, food not that great and totally unexpected experience for a New York restaurant. Servers were polite and attentive.
Since we needed someplace close to Lincoln Center, we chose this crowded, noisy, overpriced restaurant. $14 for a VERY small glass of wine & the food was so mediocre.
The pizza was undercooked and overpriced at $22. Weird menu for a late lunch. The cobb salad had way tooo much eggs in it. The only thing that looked good was the bagel and lox my husband had but it was $10 and we ate at 2pm. Like I said weird menu
