Sorry to say that it's not the same as in the past regarding food and service. Our small group of either five or six friends have enjoyed dining at Fiorello's whenever we have events at Lincoln Center for many yrs. This would the first time that all six of us were disappointed. However, the food earned one more star than our service due to our waiter who displayed annoyed facial expressions whenever we asked for 'service'. Will probably return in future to give them another chance with a different waiter/waitress.
the food was good, but the service, or more accurately the absence of service, was horrendous!! Requests repeated several times were not acted on. the waiter was also sloppy. most disappointing and made for an unpleasant dining experience.
No value place
Hadn't been to CF in a while. While the food was good, the service was slow and, at times unresponsive. Love the décor but in general, the restaurant is crowded and quite noisy.
Unfortunately the service was "spotty" taking forever to be greeted despite reservation as well as a waiter being found! The chicken parmigiana was greasy and pounded so thin I questioned where the chicken was!
We went on recommendation by a friend. The service was hap hazard. Every one was nice but it took too long to get food. We had to cancel half our meal.to get to the theater on time.
Reservation was for 2:45 PM. Menu states brunch lunch all day however the waiter told even though the menu states breakfast and brunch served all day the waiter informed us it ended at 3 PM. Our friends were going to be late so we had to order before they got there. They had never been to this restaurant before, as I have been and always liked it, so they looked at the menu online. Despite making my reservation early and providing a clear preference for seating, and arriving ahead of our scheduled time, we were given a terribly situated table and told that our only other option would be to eat outside. My chair was kicked by every person who came by. Used to really enjoy this restaurant but the last 3 Time’s I feel their treatment of women is with total indifference. Even though I have had reservations, they try to always stick my friend and I near a service station or in an undesirable “Siberia “ area if he restaurant. They always say the booths are reserved. Ridiculous! Tired of it. On top of that the food is overly salted and garlicky.
