The service was very very slow. We had to wait nearly an hour for a caprese salad and poached eggs. We had to rush through our meal to make our opera matinee.
Avoid at all costs. Noisy,tables jammed together, terrible food.
Overpriced. Service was horrible. Definitely a tourist trap.
I have been at the restaurant for different occasions. This time I was extremely disappointed. We waited 45 minutes for out food. We had to rush eating because we had a ballet at 1:00. We were not able to enjoy the food. Not sure if I would come again. No excuse for the long wait!!!!!
The menu didn't match what is posted here on OpenTable. That's not helpful when you make reservations and go there based on what is in the app here.
there was a scaffolding on top of restaurant- so no sun or anything nice visually the food came warm - i ordered linguine with clam sauce- it had way too much garlic and way too much sandy grit- a really bad no-no when making this dish- on top of which- a child knocked over a glass which went all over the place- when i tried eating my food it tasted like a bit glass might have gotten into it- the mgr did come over , but seemed hesitant about about giving me a replacement( he did ) but overall they made me feel bad that i wan... read more
All of our dishes seem like they were sitting on the counter under a hot light for a while---rubbery, not crisp. Very disappointing. We had a reservation; but, they seemed like they were doing us a big favor, giving us a booth way in the back,
Very loud. Tight tables. Slow service. Disappointed in this restaurant. Was looking for something close to Lincoln Center. Not worth the price.
Pretty unremarkable, and overpriced for what you get.
