We used to give Cafe Fiorello ALL of our Lincoln Center business. Sadly, this will be our last visit. We have watched the deterioration of quality over several years and we decided that there's no reason to put up with $16 watery martinis that seem to shrink with each visit or our favorite artichoke hearts that were too tough to eat. Obviously, these guys are trying to squeeze margins to the point where it's no longer pleasurable for patrons! Awful experience. Packed in like sardines, tables so close no elbow room. Food mediocre. Business must only come from their location and being right across from the Met!
Great location if you want to dine close to lincoln center. We did. Nice greeting. The hostess even asked if we had a seating preference. We did. This is a very nice touch. Cafe Fiorello was very disappointing. We had been there 2 other times and found it to be a fun and fast place to go before going to the opera at Lincoln center. This time, it was not good. The food was really not well prepared and the service was fair at best. We'll try another place next time.
Decent food at outrageous prices
Fiorello's is a perfect spot for lunch before or after a Lincoln Center performance. That's really the best part about the restaurant and why we'd return.
It was overcrowded and busy as usual!
Just OK - use to be better. Tables to close together and waiters rushed even after pre-theater crowd has left, leaves diners with feeling they want to get you in and then get you out as fast as possible. Go elsewhere if looking for good food and an enjoyable ambiance.
Too Noisy, crowded, close quarters, pricey, but close to the MET.
Cafe Fiorello has a 4.2 star rating with 14,811 reviews.
