Frankly, I was disappointed. We arrived on time for our 7:00 p.m. reservation and were kept standing in the VERY crowded desk area for ten minutes. I have a broken foot and am using a walker. No one offered a chair or another solution. The food was a disappointment as well and on the expensive side. I don't think I will be a repeat customer.

The prices have gotten out of line! It is ridiculous. I think they are trading in on the fact that they are across the street from Lincoln Center- as if they are the "only game in town". They crowd you in like cattle! It is hard to walk through the tables to get to the ladies room! You know something is wrong when their veal chop is bordering on $40 (can't remember if it was 38 or 42). It used to be a much better place to dine. Also, the noise level is terrible.

I had not been to Fiorello's in several years but returned pre-theater. The noise was truly deafening and tables were very tight. The service was fair - except that regular water was replaced by terrible tasting mineral water during the meal without notice - it would make great drain cleaner. My partner had her mouth burned by something "inadvertant" in an otherwise tasty shrimp scampi - the waiter had no explanation.. The place is convenient to the theater and always busy - I cannot recommend returning - by the way, the cei... read more

Fiorello's, always popular post Lincoln Center, is getting tired and needs a shake-up. The signature vegetable antipasto was oily, and most of the veggies had an odd sweetness of too much balsamic vinegar. The new calves' liver dish was overcooked and, strangely, served with potatoes, rather than the polenta that would be typical in Venice. The portions are alway gargantuan, so cutting back on portions and paying more attention to the execution would be a good thing in this increasingly competitive dining neighborhood. On th... read more

This was not our first time here but it will be our last. We ordered the pizza to start and it was excellent. We ordered 3 entrees, none of which was good. The veal saltimbocca was overcooked, hard, and very salty. The tagliatelle bolognese was also very salty. I ordered the calves liver which I requested "pink." The waiter said, "We NEVER cook it any more than that." Famous last words---it came brown and overcooked and not at all tender. The service was frenetic and not at all attentive. No one ever came over to ask how our... read more

Table was elbow to elbow with our neighbor and we had trouble getting in and out of seat... Pasta with fish was overcooked and mediocre. Given other fabulous restaurants in Lincoln Center, we will not rush back here, although the proximity to the theater and the outdoor dining in summer is nice.
