The doctor refused to continue the usual prescription of birth control pills for my daughter to help control acne. It was under her recommendation we go to an OB/GYN because "I could not control my daughter's behavior" She kept informing me the age of consent is 18. My daughter is 19. She also implied i was in denial about my daughter's promiscuous behavior. This doctor made very inappropriate assumptions about me and my daughter. I arrived 10:10 AM for a 10:30 appointment. Was FINALLY seen at 11;30 AM. Had never seen this doctor before and won't again. She spent about 3 minutes with me.

Very poor experience....for the sake of future patients please do better... I was told clearly and explicitly by the PA providing care that a $95 physician's fee would be waived and I would only owe a procedure cost + 3rd party lab fees. At checkout the $95 was on my invoice and when I pointed out this was different from what I had been told the employee handling checkout became frustrated. I received the renew spa package as a gift from my husband for my birthday. I was so excited for the day at the spa. Things were great upon check in and the float was amazing. My massage was next. The massage I went in for relaxation (I told the therapist that) She talked to me a large portion of the massage. Not what I was hoping for. I also received a 60 minute minute massage when I was supposed to get a 90 minute massage. I only realized this after I got home, since it was a gift to me. Dr Ann Gerald was extremely rude. The issue I scheduled the appointment for was left unresolved. She was very condescending and wasn’t interested in hearing my symptoms. She told me she couldn’t help me and to find someone else. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I'm pretty disappointed. This was my first visit. I paid to see a dermatologist Dr. Wang, get educated on the issue I came in for and also to regain a solution. She may have been in the room 5 minutes. It was like a revolving door. The purpose of visiting a doctor is to get knowledge from a medical professional perspective. Not to feel like your doctor is in a hurry. Then I asked the medical assistant who was in the room taking notes a question and she could not answer. I have been seeing Dr. Groysman for several years, but am contemplating trying another provider. Her clinical technique is fine, however, her bedside manner has changed. She tends to be rude and condescending at each visit. I initially thought it was because she was tired, but I have noticed this behavior regardless of the time of my appointment.

Feels as if the focus is more on the appearance of the dermatology as opposed to the experience of the patients.
