I spent 3+ hours for the service department to duplicate the issue with my passenger front window. The window stopped working twice in the last week. I called to schedule an appointment and was told there is a reset on the drivers side but did not explain how to reset the window. After many attempts I figured it out and reset the window and it worked only for it to fail again a couple day later. When I was called by the advisor I was told (after 3+ hours) to bring it back when it fails

I just can't help but ultimately feel bamboozled here. Our history with Camelback Kia Service is unfortunately a long and checkered one. I received a call for an oil change for $29.99. The person calling set the appointment and I let her know I had a factory recall as well. She told to set the appointment online for the factory recall. I did that. RIDICULOUSLY LONG WAITS, QUESTIONABLE SELLING OF SERVICES. 4 year customer 4 hour oil change (should be 30 min), 3 hour software upgrade (should be 15m) Bathroom closed. Last visit, they would not honor their coupons, "they always use synthetic oil and coupon doesn't include synthetic". But they will make me a deal (bait and switch) after I repeated argued. I brought my car in to get the passenger side mirror replaced. When I got the car back, a white mirror was put on my 2023 GRAY Hyundai Elantra. I was not called about this to be informed of options. Now I have to bring the car back to get the mirror casing painted. I should not be charged for this and I should be given a rental when I bring the car back again.
