The purchase went well. Since it was getting late, the salesperson said he would go over the cars features and answer questions at another time. It has been a series of unanswered texts, misinformation, and incomplete requests.

I'll never buy vehicle from them again.. I toll them I want 2023 and two sale person toll me the vehicle was a 2023 but when I went to sign the final sale form, it said 2022. I brought to there attention that I was toll by two sales person I was looking at 2023. The finance guy just toll me you already sign off on the car and it's a done deal. After three hours going back and forth, Trying to get the good deal and like what they showed me I went ahead and purchased the 2022 vehicle.

Charged for detail service that was provided. Still waiting for the dealership to make right

They charged me $183 just to close my sunroof they didnt fix it just to close it

Not good, the guy who was scheduled to help me completely ignored me. Left me standing there waiting for him until I asked another guy for help to which the other guy assisted me from start to finish. Bad service from the fromt desk but oil change from mechanic was good.

Took 3 days to get part - no updates from Service Tech or Service Mgr - I called, they didn't return calls. When I got it back, the center cosole lid was loose - wasn't before service. My wife says the backup camera (beep) does not work as good as before. And people wonder why I don't use dealers for auto service!

Our engine stop and go would not work. They check the computer for codes they werent any. I asked if they tryed. to make it work. Or if we werent doing it the right way. The answer was no codes. No help.

I was a client of that dealer. We took my car after it was flooded in California on a trip we took. Our insurance cover everything. When we got our car back after almost 1 month, the sticker of my plates were missing, all muddy inside on carpet and outside as well. It supposed to be "detail cleaning" but it wasn't. With no air on the tire. Radio wasn't working as it was before. My husband and I were very disappointed. worst part, the person there didn't even care about the sticker stolen.

They did not complete the requested service which the service advisor acknowledged when I came to pick up my car. She said she forgot because she was busy and would complete it next time.
