Poor maintenance bcs the car still having the same engine issues after i have paid almost fourteen hundred US dollars!!!!!

Me and my wife bought a car from them on oct 21st the car has had issue after issue, every 2 weeks we have had to take the car back to them since the day we bought it. It has been in their shop at least 7 times maybe more. They continue to not correctly fix the car even though we have a Platinum Warranty that was purchased through them. We took the car to a couple of other mechanics and they both have said that the engine needs replaced. Its in their shop now and tgey are making excuses!

Had the first major malfunction at 82k miles and went In and they tell me even tho I am paying for a maintenance and extended warranty that do to the the vehicle being a 2015 and the mileage of the car I am no longer covered for the extended warranty on the there original 100k miles or 10 years so no I need to pay out of pocket for a new transmission with a cost of $5,927dollars on a car that I am still paying off and have only had for 7 months as my daily 10 minute driver for work and back it is ridiculous on top of all tha... read more

Sales is OK, but the service department at this agency seems to break 2 things for every attempt to fix something

They told me it would take just over an hour to do the oil change and i had an appointment and it was actually 3. Then they never reset my maintenance warning light . Then they didn't honor my maintenance plan I paid extra for. Then they made the excuse that they couldn't wash my car because the carwash was broken. Terrible service would not recommend these guys for any maintenance on anyone's car.

Sold me a car with marker on the sides. No USB Port. Trunk a mess and I am bowler and use my trunk often. Stressing so much had a heart attack, will be suing them in court.

They have been filling my tires with 46 psi which is excessive. Come to find out excessive air in a tire can cause a blowout I use the freeway every day and that's very concerning to me. The other problem is it does wear the tread off the tire the middle of the tire much more quickly now I don't know what they were trying to accomplish here but my concern is other customers that come and they may be doing the same thing to them and there's a lot of accidents on the freeway and who knows could it be caused because Camelback H... read more

Adams customer service was horrible. 4/10 I went in the day my car was ready to get some stuff out of my trun His exact words were Yeah, I saw your car was ready Im not gonna lie i forgot to call you I had to speak to the Adam above him a few times because he wouldnt call me back or I wasnt able to get intouch with him at all i had to call multiple times to get any update. He kept telling me he would call me back never called me not once.That should tell you everything.
