Wow! That's all I can say. Ok 1st of all you no better you know better,and you know better then to lead people on and to take my down payment and to apply it to the cost of rental car after you failed to tell me that the bank.CPS would not finance my loan??? I need my $1500 back!!

Bought 2016 Forte 5 NEW in 2017 (i.e., dealer had car in inventory for nearly 2 years). Recently, with about 42,000 miles on car, tinting on windshield is bubbling and peeling. Service department agreed it should be covered under warranty. But they claim they cannot find a record showing the dealership had the windshield tinting applied. I didn't do it and it is same tinting as when I purchased the car off their lot. This is BS.

Our records indicate that when you purchased the vehicle in 2017 we did tint the windows but we are unable to tint windshields due to liability. My car broke down in another state after the dealership stated that they completed a routine check and refused to pay the tow truck bill even though the car broke down on their terms. They also offered no alternative to the price even thought they were charging over $7000 more then what the average car price was. Whatever you do, do not purchase any vehicle from them because it will combust and they will do nothing to help

Awful, our service advisor Adrian, was rude inattentive, and either ignorant or didn't care. Hands down worse experience I've ever had. The vehicle leaves was returned four or five times. Even it never been something wrong that didn't know what it was. Thought it might be one thing I should did you go ahead and replace that no it's not covered under the warranty. You later had it replaced at another dealership under warranty. There was still a problem which the other dealer figured out.

Bad service. Long waits, bad communication

Every time I get my car serviced at this dealer, Adrien adds charges to the bill above the agreed upon quote with no explanation and then expects me to pay them. This is highly unethical and I would stay away from this place for this reason.

took 9.5 hours to change a flat tire. would have taken longer because they "lost" my car. they had entirely forgotten about it. had I not been standing there to pick it up as they were about to close it would not have been done at all. they "found" my car only to realize no one did the work. when finally completing the job I was told I would not receive the complimentary car wash because it was closed. I could "bring it back" if I wanted. No thanks, I don't want to wast any more of my time!

The gentleman named Adrian shouldnt work with the public Not only did he give me attitude he Embarrassed me in a room full of waiting customers very disappointed in Kia
