Service was mediocre. They fixed what need to be fixed but didnt earn or seem to value my business. Wont be going back.
Worst service ever Worst response They don't answer at all You need at least a week
The service provider was rude and treated me poorly. And oil change shouldn't take 3 hours to complete and when customers ask about the time to completion, service reps shouldn't get angry and not finish a service fully and then yell at customers.
Made reservation to have recall part replaced due to fire concerns. Took car in waited 90 minutes, found my car in the parking lot, went to service desk and was told they dont have that part in stock. All they did was try to sell other service.
No good. Usually, Knowledgeable staff, great repairs, good information, car gets washed, etc, not this time. Service guy (Hispanic), was unprofessional, short in answering my questions, the reception kid (African American) was so out of it, he didn't even know where to stand, my car wasn't washed, my service girl (the only girl is always out sick, and my car still runs bad and they did NO SYSTEM CHECK and gave me a BS excuse to charge me for something that Kia does for free/never answer p
I never received a call/email back about fixing the rear passenger window and broken tire pressure sensor. Which is the only reason that I brought it into service. No status update or anything, only wanting me to fill out survey and once completed, I havent heard back. They said the parts should come quickly, its been over 1 month.
High pressure sales tactics and heavy upselling. I paid over $$15,000 OVER MSRP for a car worth $23,000!! I bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra and am regretting my decision.
I was called by Miguel and he mention to me about a promotion they were conduct up until 10/31. But I feel like I was misled. Because he was saying that because they needed to get rid of some cars that they were selling it basically for nothing. That was not the case. It turned out they were waving the sales fees which is only maybe $500 bucks. And took forever to find something that I actually liked.
Kept my car all day to do a oil and filter change. Tried calling 4 times no answer. Wanted 3k to change a muffler. Will not go back.
