Our 3rd purchase from this dealership and from the most outstanding salesman, Mr. Rick Silverman. A true gentleman and a rare breed nowadays. The level of service, patience and compassion Rick has had with us over the years is incomparable. Rick will find you the vehicle you are looking for, Ford or not. I'm giving 5 stars to the Used Car Sales team because it was my best experience with a car sales team ever. Leslie the Sales Manager was who I called to inquire about my new car. She was great on the phone and in person as well as Shaun. Leslie introduced me to great Sales Reps who took care of me very professionally and everyone was very down to earth. 5-stars, I've purchased plenty of vehicles in my life. This purchase was easily in my top two car buying experiences. Collin Smith was my salesperson and was easy to talk with, knows his product, and professional. Also the At-home Delivery is a wonderful idea during the pandemic our world is in. This is a separate review of Camelback Lincoln regarding my experiences. I called Jill Chafitz (Customer Relations) and I explained to her my frustrations with sales and service. Jill was very professional and got things moving. I was able to finally receive my car the day she said it will be ready. After I got home, I noticed missing lug nuts in my vehicle. Buying a new Navigator was quite the debacle here. I was passed through 4 different people over the phone and never given a direct answer as to whether or not the car I desired was available. It was a frustrating week and a half run around until I finally got passed to Rick Silverman. This is why I'm giving the review 4 stars. Camelback Lincoln really made this work for us today! I'm we initially came in mind we were getting one truck but that truck sold and luckily they had another and they kept their word with the payment we needed with the down we had! I truly appreciate them and our Sales associate Sacre who really fought and pushed for us to make this deal work!
