I have used CBack three times now and every time I have felt great about what happened. JP is my service advisor and he is 'old school' when it comes to service, respect and class, the things one expects from Lincoln. Today my power window failed and when I called the dealer I bought the car from they talked about "monday". I told them "it's going to rain tonight" and it went right over their head. The service staff at Camelback Lincoln is amazing! Michael Vu and his entire staff are amazing and extremely thorough. My sunroof, which is the reason I bought my Lincoln, was causing me issues and making a weird noise. It's a panoramic sunroof and is no easy task to take care of.
