I was introduced to Camelback Lincoln because I was looking for vehicles through the USAA buying program (side note, the buying program alone is worth being a USAA member). I was looking for a Ford truck and after putting in my preferences I was given three dealerships that had that particular model. So, not unlike Lending Tree, I was contacted by these three dealers. Charlie in service has gone above and beyond taking care of me and my new Lincoln. I bought a 2013 MKZ in California and brought it home. It had a few issues that he took care of and made stress free for me. I will ONLY bring my new car here to Charlie. He even found some things I was unaware of and took care of them for me as well.

These guys treated me like a king here. Seriously... Had a coffee and muffin while I walked the new car lot this morning looking at some great deals on Lincoln cars. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have upgraded the wheels in the SUV to 22" which saves me a lot by not having to buy new ones. I have a 1967 suicide Continental and wanted to see if I could match it up with something new so my garage looks cooler. Now I understand why their stars are so low! My experience unfortunately lacked honesty and integrity! They fit the example of car sales reputation and need a lesson in ethics.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! They damaged my truck. Ended up speaking to the dealership owner HERB very unprofessional. Very argumentative and likes to raise his voice. Huge mistake going to this dealership for service.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied.  We re-sent you a video on your recently purchased 1999 Tacoma (it was the video sent to you before you bought it) showing you that it had small paint chips that were on the vehicle prior to the purchase. We also made an exception for customer satisfaction to assist you by cancelling and refunding you on a product that was not cancelable. Lincoln Corp really needs to shut down this Lincoln dealer. This location only cares about Ford and used cars. The whole lobby is filled with young adults who are on the phones trying to sell used cars. Not a single person actually knows anything about Lincoln cars. Nor do they care about luxury car buyers. The service department personnel doesn't care either. If you really want to purchase or service a Lincoln, go somewhere else.

I went here to sell a vehicle with a family member and unfortunately it didn't work out. The market has changed and their vehicle was not worth what we were told. We left after they continued trying to get us to trade in after we repeatedly said no. I understand sales and what you have to do, but this felt like some kind of bad break up and they were begging us back. Ever since then I have been called repeatedly, over and over. Decided to try this dealership and regret it! Even had to spend $225 on an attorney to see what my options are!! I came to look at a 2024 Lincoln Aviator that stated it was new. When we arrived and looked at the car it had over 1800 miles on it.It was a car they used for people getting service on their car. Still, we decided to see what deal we could do.
