My recent experience at the Volkswagen dealership on Camelback was easily some of the best customer service I've received from any business. I went in to get my car serviced, and Alexander went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was attentive, kind, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than just getting me out the door. He did everything within his control to make sure I was taken care of. 5 stars

I've had my Tiguan for three months when the A/C failed. Took it in on a Monday picked it up on Friday. I had to rent a car as there were no loaners available. Every day to find out the status of my vehicle I needed to call sometimes multiple times. I use my Vehicle for my job.
