Didn't have a loaner, kind of bummed about that tbh. I paid the Uber back to pick up my car. I've been a loyal customer for yrs. But the service was pretty routine so no problem there as far as I know. Maybe could've asked me at the service counter if I had any questions about the car since the purchase.
