I had some service work done on my crosstrek recently. Courtney and her team were very attentive and careful to resolve the mechanic repairs and alerted me to a few other important issues. It was a good experience and I'm relieved to have found a team that I know will take good care of my vehicle.

Quiet place to hang out while service is being done. The only thing I have been surprised by is the additional charge if a credit card is used. I don't usually carry checks with me anymore and I don't bank on line or on my phone so I have continued to use a card. Don't know if this is driven by the economy, higher prices for parts or tariffs but I have spoken to other people and asked if they are paying the percentage for using a credit card when they have their cars serviced and haven't gotten a yes from anyone yet.
